Great experience in comfortable room
Pros:

Friendly lovely Reception staff. We received a free upgrade. Lovely room. Great Cafe downstairs. Great location.

Cons:

Would be good if room lock clearly indicated if door is locked or not. I had to get sister to stand outside and test when the door locked based on position of lock.

Staying at Morgan Suites was good value for both location to QPAC, museum & train station
Pros:

The location was close to both the museum, entertainment centre and train station. The unit was filled with the essential items for cooking and cleaning and the beds were very comfortable .

Cons:

As I have a disability the only thing I had to worry about was that the units are located on a bit of an incline and pushing the walker uphill and the footpaths were a bit of a struggle sometimes.

Pros:

Location walking distance to Suncorp stadium. Friendly reception staff. Easy check in. Apartment had everything we needed for a 2 night stay.

Apartment could use a good clean.

Easy, convenient and cheaper than expected.
Pros:

Most of the required little luxuries were available and there for us to use. Customer service was incredible and the reception staff were super helpful.

Cons:

The kettle was mouldy on the inside, so we didn’t use it for our stay.

Pros:

The Morgan Suites are in a great location for GOMA, Southbank, QPAC and Grey Street eateries. For a bit more of a walk you can get to West End. There is breakfast downstairs at a very reasonable price with good coffee. There is also a bottleshop and bar around the corner. For train buffs, you have a great view of the Southbank station and trains at night. The kitchen was well-equipped, and there is a full laundry.

Cons:

I think that the property is beginning to date. The bed was a double and not as comfortable as we expected. The lounge suite was very small. Parking was $15 per night on top which, when added to the cost of the unit took it outside of the value for money.

It was really clean and the staff were great.

Cons:

It was a very small unit, I wouldn't be happy to stay more than a night or two.
The view over the train line wasn't fabulous, however at night the city lights were nice to see.

The parking, very tight, traffic lights that didn't work on the way down.
No towel rails to dry towels overnight
shower door stayed partially open, wet floor
TV remote batteries flat
No ice and no cold water in the fridge
Furniture old and damaged and uncomfortable.
shower door clash with bathroom door.
bathroom exhaust poor ventilation.
Toilet roll holder in a weird location, when taking paper the roll falls off.
Bathroom very small.
second bedroom and bathroom not used.
lift lobby access from carpark unsafe, in driveway.
lift lobby access of a ramp with steep incline.
after hours key drop off hard to find and no signage, myself and another couple took quite some time to find it, poor communication from check on staff.
No WiFi login info given at check in.
no hangers in wardrobes
no standing to check in during afternoon peak hour trafic.
Main lobby access via fob doesn't open door, another guest used their key.
moisture damage on shower ceiling.
hallway wall damaged, repaired but not sanded and painted.

the main entry to apartment does not automatically lock on exit, but inside leaver locks when leaving.
