Pros:

Ottima colazione con moltissima scelta dei prodotti, personale di sale attento e pronto ad ogni tua necessità. Il bagno della camera 206 bellissimo con una splendida doccia. Posizione hotel leggermente decentrata rispetto al centro storico ma sicuramente in posizione molto più tranquilla e servizio portineria 24/7.

Posizione, buon rapporto qualità prezzo.
La nostra stanza familiare al primo piano era molto ampia e confortevole con doppi bagni.

Cons:

Peccato per i condizionatori che fungevano da riscaldamento datati e rumorosi.
Abbiamo segnalato in reception e sono stati spenti. La temperatura nella stanza era di 26 gradi (troppo alta).
Qualche disguido anche a colazione.

Comfortable hotel in a quiet area of the city
Pros:

The location of the hotel is very good. It’s a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. At the same time, St. Mark’s Square is about a 15-minute walk away. There are three vaporetto stops nearby, all within a 5–10 minute walk, which makes getting around the city easy.

The hotel is easy to find. Reception is open 24 hours, so check-in is possible at any time (I arrived and checked-in comfortably after midnight).

My room was on the top floor, I had a wonderful view from the window.

I would like to specifically mention the reception staff. They were pleasant, friendly, and welcoming — it really made a difference.

Overall, the hotel left a very positive impression. Calm, safe, and cozy — I would happily stay here again.

This review may overly positive, and that’s precisely how it felt. The place met and exceeded my expectations.

Poca insonorizzazione tra camere e verso l’esterno. Bagno un po vecchio. Il doccino non stava fisso scivolava verso il basso.

Good location in a side road (canal), but within 10-15 minutes walk to various attractions. Very kind staff and nice and decent room.

Cons:

The bed is a bit small (not wide, but length). I assume 1.8m, and not the standard 2m.

It is also a bit expensive.
