Le dimensioni della stanza nettamente superiori a quelle medie giapponesi hanno permesso un comfort non trovato in altre strutture.

Cons:

Il bagno resta molto piccolo e scomodo. Per qualche motivo inoltre si sentiva spesso odore di fogna al mattino provenire da esso.

Pros:

The location is fine. There are lots of activities and restaurants in close proximity. The train station is a longer walk. The rooms were fine. The staff was nice and helpful.

Cons:

In the rooms there are very loud locker rooms that will wake everyone if used. The toilets were not cleaned properly. The remote control had buttons that were brown. The showers were defective, with holes in the wall and a bad smell. The whole bathroom only contained 3 toilets and 3 beds for a lot of people. The whole hotel has this very amateurish feel to it.

An absolute gem just a skip away from central Shibuya.
Pros:

The restaurant and bar were fantastic. The staff themselves were extremely helpful and spoke English well. They were always willing to help and kept the facilities maintained as best as possible. The hotel was located in a pleasant neighborhood and about a 10 minute walk from the nearest station to commute downtown. I also really appreciated that they give you a few vouchers during your stay for the restaurant and bar. They also offer free beer from 5-6pm, which is a great way to pregame before going out anywhere.

Cons:

This was my first time staying at a hostel. I’d say this was about the best experience you could have in one outside of a private capsule. That said, the staff can only do so much to give you the best experience. The commonly used facilities (showers in particular) were a bit rundown from the constant use. It would’ve been nice to see those a little better upkept.

For Shibuya, hard to beat price and location
Pros:

Great location, breakfast. Shared facilities were well maintained and clean.

Cons:

The trains nearby are a lot louder than expected, can hear them in the room even with earplugs.
