Pros:

Location is perfect, and beyond my expectation

Cons:

The floor mats and other amenities are noticeably outdated, and the sofa could use a thorough cleaning. With some remodeling and upgrades, this could be a fantastic place to stay. Unfortunately, in its current condition, I wouldn’t choose it again for a future visit.

View was beautiful and great location

Cons:

Was placed in a rundown room that almost everything was broken in, including the balcony railing (2nd floor), and with no air conditioning. Had to request to be placed on the remodeled side...which ended up being the same cost. Was charged $5 per water that housekeeping put in our room during housekeeping services. The amenities were unavailable and staff was less than helpful. Rooftop bar ended up only being for events.

The vacay, although short, was relaxing and combortable.
Pros:

My family has been regulars of the hotel for approximately 20 years, and we love the location, price, and views that the hotel provides.

Cons:

I was disappointed to find that the cottages are not very up to date in terms of decor. The interiors feel dated, and with just a few thousand dollars invested in modern furnishings, updated fixtures, and a fresh coat of paint on the cupboards, the overall aesthetic could be significantly improved. A modern beach-chic boho style would really elevate the space and make it feel much more inviting.
