Le petit déjeuner sur la réservation de Booking il etait inclus mais refacturé par l’hôtel au moment du départ malgré la preuve sur le mail reçu au moment de la réservation
Arrived at the hotel and was a little in the small side for price ,decor was good and clean but being there for a few hours in had no tv control with a remote as it wasn't paired and waited learning two hours of telling reception ,ladybird reception was stuck up and manager was rude ,....

Quite underwhelming for a 4 star hotel and overpriced for what we got.
Shower was very poor - water was warm, just would not heat up no matter what we tried.
There was oddly a strong smell of paint when we were using the shower too. The smell would linger for a while and into the bedroom even after we had left the bathroom.
Bathroom very basic and shower needs an upgrade
No mini-fridge - I find this poor for a 4 star at that price.
Restaurant/bar look nice but did not try due to reviews on breakfast etc.

Room was freezing when we arrived took a while to warm up and there was a damp small to the room that lingered
Breakfast is very limited and the continental included in the price is not with it only a few of options and one hot drink. You can get a full breakfast and drinks in local area for what they charge you for tea and toast. We ordered a bacon sandwich which was extra and bread was dry and hard and again a lot of money we chose not to pay over £5 for an additional coffee.
