Great location, friendly and eager to please staff but voices carry thru the walls.
Pros:

The room was cozy, with nice décor with French style glass door-No city view. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. 1 minute walk to the Sultanahmet station street car and loads of alley restaurants.

Cons:

I requested a quiet room during the booking process. The assigned room had an internal door that joins with another hotel room - walls holds little or no sound secrets. Noise from the adjoining room an hallway. Not a quiet night sleep for a 2-day stay. Bed headwall was against the bathroom of the other room which was also noisy. A water leak in the bath was unsuccessfully fixed on the first day attempt.

Limpieza y la camarera de pisos muy agradable y atenta.
Personal de recepción Zulji y Aykut muy atentos y serviciales.

Cons:

Todo bien. Recomendable si quieres estar por la zona turística de sultánhamed pues se encuentra a pocos minutos caminando de los principales monumentos y trasporte.

Pros:

Great location in the historical part of Istanbul. The most important sightseeings are very close to the hotel. Quiet area, tidy rooms and the best staff. Arslan is the best person, very positive, attentive and helpful. Breakfast is varied and delicious. There is a restaurant next to the hotel, the lady chief of which simply prepares the best dishes. This is my fourth time in Istanbul and this is the best experience for me personally.

Osebje- posebej Zulfi in Aykut-zelo ljubeznivi in koristni s svojimi nasveti in informacijami.Čistilka na 3.nastropju tudi za pohvalo!
Lokacija perfektna.Zajtrk dober.

Cons:

Hotel je star in bi bilo potrebno ga obnovit…izolacija ni ravno na nivou - imeli smo srece da so ostali obiskovalci bili relativno tihi.

Pros:

Hotel in posizione centrale, confortevole con personale sempre gentile e disponibile. Stanze un po piccole ma pulite comode e calde! Comodo il transfer dall aeroporto e il ristorante annesso. Colazione varia con dolce e salato. In stanza ogni giorno trovavamo 3 bottiglie d acqua in omaggio. Consigliatossimo

Está muy bien ubicado, todo te queda cerca a pie, buena relación costo beneficio

Cons:

El desayuno puede mejorar un poco, servían muchos fritos, papas a la francesa, aros de cebolla, nuggets, palitos de queso. Sería bueno un menú un poco más saludable además de la barra de ensalada
