Schönes Hotel auf dem platten Land
Pros:

Schönes Hotel, mit leider sehr kleinem Zimmer, kleinem Bad und noch kleinerem WC. Nichts für Leute die Platzangst haben. Alles sehr sauber und Hundefreundlich. Das Restaurant zum Abendessen und fürs Frühstücken ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Parfait pour visiter Chambord à deux pas.

L'éclairage dans la salle de bain n'est pas optimale pour se maquiller par exemple.

Lovely attractive hotel with welcoming staff but a few tweaks needed.
Pros:

Helpful staff, pleasant room (but not fully accessible as requested). Ambiance / design. Demi pension was included but not initially explained.

Cons:

Difficult to get through not quite level access doors with a wheelchair - very strong door closures. Included menu choices were not well explained at first. Had to ask for tap water and no bread was offered (both are provided FOC in any French restaurant we have ever eaten in.) I think we were the only English guests and I suspect they didn't think we would know French norms / habits.

Nous avons été très déçus.
Pros:

Nous avons été très déçus par notre séjour.
Première déconvenue : notre chambre ne se situait pas dans le bâtiment principal, pourtant plein de charme, mais dans une annexe sans aucun caractère, ce qui n’était pas du tout ce que nous attendions. Non stipulé dans l'annonce.
Ensuite, nous avions réservé une chambre côté piscine afin de garantir le calme (avec un surcoût financier). Si elle était bien située de ce côté, elle se trouvait malheureusement juste à proximité des locaux techniques, notamment la laverie… Résultat : réveil assuré dès 6h30, loin du repos espéré.
Autre point particulièrement préoccupant : le manque d’hygiène dans la chambre. L’alèse jetable présente sur le lit ne semblait clairement pas avoir été changée, au vu du nombre de cheveux, de poils et de déchirures qu’elle contenait.
Nous étions venus pour deux jours de repos et de détente, et repartons finalement très déçus par cette expérience.
