Pros:

It's pretty close to the station, so transportation is A+, and no transfer from the airport
There's lots of shops and restaurants around, so shopping and eating is taken care of
The hotel also provide free amenities with good quality, you can get a light snacks, coffee and tea before you go in the lobby

Cons:

The room is small, but you expected that from a Tokyo hotel
Technically you can still open two suitcases in the room, but after you opened them, the whole floor is used up
The table and sitting area are also pretty small, so doing my skin routinue is pretty hard, pretty much has to do everything in the bed

Ideal Location for First-Time Visitors to Tokyo
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Resol Ueno and would happily stay here again. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help.

The location is excellent, right next to Ueno Station, making it incredibly convenient to travel around Tokyo and very easy to reach directly from Narita Airport. It’s also within easy walking distance of Ameyoko Shopping Street, Ueno Park, museums, restaurants, and convenience stores.

The hotel had great amenities, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Despite being so close to the station, it was quiet and made for a great base to explore the city.

Overall, this is a fantastic hotel with excellent service, an unbeatable location, and great value for money. We would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo.

Good location to go many places in Tokyo.
Pros:

5 mins to Trian, and market. easy to go many places. even from Narita Airport. Hotel clean and have many facilities you need. staff also happy to help you.

Cons:

I like almost everything. so, I could not say what I did not like. Just it would be nice if they have Vending machine and Self-service laundry machine.

Buen hotel en la zona de Ueno
Pros:

Perfecta ubicación junto a la estación de Ueno para el metro y el JR, algo más alejado del Skyliner, tamaño más que correcto de la habitación y sobre todo silencio total perfecto para descansar, no hay sistema de limpieza pero te entregan toallas y botellas de agua cada día en la puerta

No hay desayuno como tal pero sí bollería congelada que se puede calentar en los hornos en la zona donde se hace el check-in aparte de café gratis

Nada en particular, todo fue correcto

Nice and convenient hotel
Pros:

The location is right next to the station making it very convenient. Hotel also offers a number of toiletries for you in the lobby in case you forgot anything. I also like that they are very eco conscious

Not in a touristy area. More like business area. A little dirty
