Nouveau sejour et toujours au TOP

J’ai eu le plaisir de séjourner une nouvelle fois au Grand Plaza Marrakech, après une première expérience en 2023. Je peux dire que mon avis est resté le même : c’est un établissement où l’on revient avec plaisir.
Dès mon arrivée, l’accueil a été chaleureux, souriant et professionnel. L’équipe de la réception a pris le temps de répondre à mes demandes avec beaucoup de gentillesse. J’ai également eu la bonne surprise d’être surclassé, sans supplément, un geste très apprécié qui a rendu mon séjour encore plus agréable.
La chambre était spacieuse, confortable et parfaitement entretenue. Chaque jour, le personnel de ménage a fait un travail remarquable, avec une propreté irréprochable et une attention aux détails qui fait la différence.
Même constat du côté de la piscine, toujours très propre et parfaitement entretenue. On sent que les équipes prennent leur travail à cœur et que le bien-être des clients est une priorité.
Au-delà des installations, c’est surtout la qualité du personnel qui mérite d’être soulignée. Chacun, à son niveau, contribue à créer une ambiance accueillante et professionnelle.
Merci à toute l’équipe pour ce nouveau séjour réussi. Si je suis revenu une deuxième fois, ce n’est pas un hasard… et il y a de fortes chances que je revienne encore lors d’un prochain passage à Marrakech.

première fois que nous venons dans votre hôtel avec Ma Fille, et nous avons tout aimé 😍 l ambiance le respect les grandes chambres …
Le personnel est super ils sont tous très gentil souriant et aux petits soins avec les vacanciers.
Le monsieur de la piscine Rachid très très gentil il aime ce qu’il fait son métier il le fait avec plaisir 😃 il est au petit soin avec les enfants il connaît les habitudes de tout le monde vraiment TOP 👍
Ensuite le petit jeune Moncif à l accueil pour les bagages super agréable nous a mis à l aise dès notre arrivée merci beaucoup 🥰
Donc merci à toute l équipe personnel de l accueil aux femmes de ménages, les cuisinières et cuisiniers pour le msemen et les bonnes omelettes on y mange très bien et très variés 😍
L’hotel est vraiment bien situé 👍
