Nice pool, although water unheated so very cold during March. Good sized room and comfortable bed.
Heating / aircon in room wasn’t working well and room was far too warm first three days.
The gym, buffet breakfast and pool area
The variety of fruits was very small, would be great to have more options and the coffee quality wasn’t good
It was clean,our triple room was spacious and with nice view.
There was no alternative milk on the breakfast,at least I did not see it.

Good central location if not in a riad right in the medina
No cutlery or napkins when we ate at the pool for breakfast, but then I noticed they set the table for other guests. I passed on the feedback politely and thereafter there was a very awkward vibe with the staff unfortunately.
After the first night they didn't clean the room until we asked them to later in the day, I’ve never stayed anywhere that doesn’t clean the room - we had to keep on asking them daily.
No currency exchange despite advertising that they did with a currency board - very stand offish at the desk, they just told us to look for an ATM in the station but two hours later they served other people?! They also wouldnt help us break our larger currency into smaller notes for taxis despite having a cash point at the main reception and bars.
No room service despite being within room service hours on menu - had to request politely if they could honour the room service menu hours
Random note left in our room on toilet tissue from IT department checking our wifi and asking us to rate them 10 stars
Staff very noisy in early morning when starting shift disturbing sleep and answering calls very loudly
Staff overall didn’t seem like they could be bothered unless you are a man or speak French!
Me and my partner booked the hotel for 4 nights in February and I must say that the hotel is well equipped, staffs are lovely and helpful,
The breakfast was honestly better than what I expected, it has a lot of variety from fruits to pastries, not much hot food, the mint tea is a must and the omelettes and the fresh made msammen is amazing, it has the basic and essentials to start your day.
The room (502 if I remember correctly) we stayed in had a beautiful view to the Opera from our balcony, however, it can be quite loud especially with all the traffic and ambulances going past but not so much during the night.
The housekeeping service was essential to keep our room clean which added up when coming back from a day out.
The toilet was okay, with a small mysterious leaking coming from the shower area but it would come and go during our stay (didn’t bother us so much since we used the mat towels provided), the bathroom and the shower area could be more clean in my opinion.
The location was perfect for us, McDonald’s, ATM, authentic local restaurants near by and getting to tourist areas was easy on taxi, which the staffs helped us a lot with.
Overall, great stay, no major problems or complaints to be made and in my opinion it has a lot of potential to become a 5 star hotel ! :)
Bel accueil, peronnel professionnel, chambre très confortable, très propre, belle grande douche, literie parfaite. Petit déjeuner au bord de la piscine. Possibilité de déposer ses bagages en bagagerie si nécessaire. C'est parfait.
