On est tombé dans une chambre où on a découvert un petit insecte rougeâtre qu’on a pris à la légère sans se douter que c’était une punaise de lit car là en rentrant je suis revenue avec pleins de boutons qui démangeant énormément , j’ai envoyer un message à l établissement et je suis toujours sans réponse

Great 4 star option if finished with the medina and riads and want a change of location
Pros:

This was a welcome relief after staying in a riad for 3 nights. The Hotel was in a great location opposite the train station and in between the modern parts of the city Gueliz and Hivernage about a 10 min walk. Room was bright and spacious with large walk in shower. TV with Disney, Netflix, You Tube. Decent food at the pool bar, Restaurant looked a bit small but during breakfast you could sit by the pool, with a decent spread of food, pancake, egg stations, fresh OJ. Lovely bar area in the evening.

Cons:

It is on a really busy road so pool facing rooms needed for light sleepers. It was too cold to swim in pool (March)

Great hotel with a lovely pool area
Pros:

The hotel has a lovely pool area with plenty of sun loungers to relax. We could always find sun loungers, no matter what time of day, which makes a refreshing change! The pool was chilly at the start of April but perfectly fine for a dip (our teenage boys didn't mind the temperature). The Pool House restaurant serves a great menu at fairly reasonable prices. Breakfast is varied and plentiful and the fresh eggs and pancake stations are a great feature. All of the staff that we encountered were friendly, polite & helpful. We had two rooms overlooking the pool. Both rooms had nice balconies, and were very quiet and comfortable. The hotel is located next to the train station, with a couple of small supermarkets nearby, ATMs & fast food restaurants. We walked to Jemaa-el-Fnaa one evening which took about 45 minutes (or it's about 100 MAD in a cab). I would recommend this hotel if you're looking for somewhere to stay that is within easy reach of the main tourist attractions but also has a good sized, relaxing pool.

Cons:

A minor issue but often, there were no spoons available at breakfast so we had to search for them ourselves. We booked two rooms and although they were on the same floor, they were a fair distance apart.
