From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Breakfast is served at The Munch. For children from 6 years of age, breakfast is chargeable at RM 30.00 per child. Additional breakfast is chargeable at RM 50.00 per adult. All children 12 years and above considered as adult.

La ménagement très mal polie même pas un bonjour
Le petit déjeuner c’était de base un buffet mais comme il y avait que 3 chambres occupées, ont nous a dit que le petit déjeuner était dans la chambre j’ai demandé le menu il n’y a pas , donc j’ai demandé s’il pouvait nous donner 1 café au lait et un thé du pain beurre un gâteau un jus d orange pressé et un fruit.
Le lendemain ont nous a apporté 2 assiettes de riz avec 1 oeuf et 2 saucisses très épicées,une gélatine 1 orange coupé en 4 et 2 cafés noir .
J’ai descendu à la réception en disant que c’était pas ça le convenue et qu’on partait, la ménagement et venue même pas bonjour .
Ont attend de voir si ont va être remboursé des restant 2 jours

The blinking LED of the smoke detector on the ceiling of the room. It is pretty minor minus point, but is a bit distracting to sleep in the dark at night.

I got stain towel which also not like a 4-star hotel towel. Terlalu nipis dan macam pengelap kaki. Got replacement with more thick towel with Ames Hotel logo on it.
Sahur was prepared but not as per normal Breakfast Buffet.
Ditempat shower di dlm tandas bilik,slps mndi bertakung air.take time to reduce.
Tuala di pool Sampai tak cukup&perlu Guna room tuala.
Menu breakfast okay2 lh.
