高いお金を払って、それだけの値打ちが感じられなかった。
Pros:

立地が東大寺や春日大社に近く、朝の散歩が気持ちよかった。

Cons:

石油が入ってこないということが関係しているのか、お風呂がかなりぬるく、温水プールのような温度だった。
ボイラーがこわれたという説明だった。
食事も何か物足りない感じだった。
部屋も無理に上の階に作ったような、３階まで階段で上がらなければならなかった。

We found our stay at Shikitei to be truely exceptional from our arrival to departure, all of the staff were incredible helpful and our stay far exceeded my expectations, I would thoroughly recomend a stay at Shikitei to anyone.

Wonderful and I am sure it’s underrated as a 3 star hotel. It’s should belong to world small luxury hotels group
Pros:

Location is the best the service and the very spacious room superb the hotel is boutique style and offers authentic Japanese experience. The hotel itself is a beauty of Japanese architecture and garden.

Trevlig, traditionellt roykan vid Nara park
Pros:

Oerhört trevlig och gullig personal. Kul med teceremonien när vi kom. Njöt av ett bad innan middagen. Trevligt traditionellt japanskt rum.

Cons:

Vi har aldrig ätit denna typ av kansei-mat tidigare, och även om den säkerligen var perfekt lagad så var det något som vi hade svårt att tycka om. Detta reflekterar dock mer oss och vår ovana vid den typ av mat. (Ofta degig, klibbig och utan kryddor, men med några fräscha inslag).

Great Japanese style and feeling located on the very edge of the park. Service minded and friendly staff
Pros:

Service minded and sweet staff taking good care of us. Great location between the park and the city centre. Small but nice bathing and dining area. Parking.

The best Ryokan in Nara, the people there were absolutely adorable.

Beautiful Accommodation Next to Deer Park
Pros:

From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave, the staff at Shikitei do everything they can to make sure your stay is perfect. Welcomed by a tea ceremony, we were then introduced to our suite the size of a house.

Extremely comfortable with everything you need and the accommodation borders on Nara Deer Park and only a 10 minute walk to the train station or the historic district.

Ryokan bem localizado e bons serviços
Pros:

Localização excelente, ryokan confortável mas precisando de alguma recuperação. Já mostra sinais do tempo. Quarto espaçoso e com o básico para uma boa estadia. Funcionários corteses e jantar excelente.

Cons:

O ryokan, apesar de ter uma aura de tranquilidade e sossego, fica em uma avenida bastante movimentada. Nosso quarto dava para rua, o que comprometeu a privacidade e perturbou um pouco o clima da estadia.
