At check-in, guests are required to physically present the credit card used to make the reservation. Please ensure you have the card with you as the property may refuse check-in.
Presidential Apartments Kensington reserve the right to pre-authorize credit cards a week prior to arrival. The person registering at check-in must be at least 18 years of age. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. This is applicable for foreign nationals and British residents.
On arrival we take security deposit as preauthorisation on the credit/debit card. The amount is £25 a night, maximum of £100 per room. This block is being released on departure if no damage is caused. The length of release depends on your bank.

Freundlichkeit Personal, Sauberkeit, Lage - ums Eck U-Bahn und Lokale zum Frühstücken.
Ich bat als Booking Kundin um ein Appartement weiter oben - offenbar nicht möglich? Wir wurden im Souterrain vom Souterrain untergebracht. Leider laute Nachbarn und hellhörige Wände.
Location an ease of access to station was great.
For the price paid the service from the staff and standard of the room was ver disappointing. The bathroom cupboard is in poor condition for a 4 star establishment. Marks on the walls, creased and stained curtains and the sleeper couch was very bad quality for the price and a 4 star establishment.
It was lovely and warm. It was in what felt like a safe neighbourhood. The bed was very comfortable.
The lighting system was hard to navigate, we discovered on our third and final morning an instruction thing for them in the handbook, so look there! We could have of course asked but we always got there in the end. The dryer is very slow, taking hours to dry clothes, just a heads up for anyone who is wanting to get it done in a hurry.

We have just left today after 3 weeks of staying here. Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Everything you needed in room was provided. Excellent value for money. The building and rooms were clean and tidy. Would definitely use again.

La zona es muy buena. Nos alojaron en un estudio ejecutivo “en el Subsuelo”, cuando puntualmente contraté decía que los Mismos se encuentran desde la PB al piso 3. Una lástima, jamás me alojaría con un niño en un subsuelo, no lo contrataría jamás!
El departamento está completo y apto para la estancia, para mejorar: cambio de colchones urgente y de mueble del lavatorio.
Por otro lado no es un alojamiento de 4 estrellas.

Location being so close to earls court station was brilliant. Plenty of local options for food and drink. We got a larger sized room and it was perfect for what we needed for 2 nights

Well located hotel with large rooms and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Only a short walk from Earl's Court Station plus plenty of shops and cafes nearby. Neighbourhood felt very safe, apart from the entrance to the train station (which is the case with many London stations, not just Earl's Court). We also found the location great for long walks (e.g. Chelsea Harbour Pier, Harrods, Hyde Park, Natural History Museum, Science Museum etc). Buses run frequently down Earl's Court Road and there are multiple options for groceries within walking distance (M & S Food, Sainsbury's and Tesco). Front desk staff were pleasant enough and room service staff did a good job. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, would recommend the hotel to others and would stay there again. I thought it was good value for money.
Just one gripe worth mentioning. We had been told on our first morning (when dropping off luggage) that there was a possibility of an early check-in, so we arrived at the time they suggested, only to find out that was not the case after all. So not only did we have to sit in reception for half an hour, our room was not even ready at the standard check-in time (2:00). That was a little disappointing because we'd already been sitting there waiting and were very tired after a 20-hour journey. When we finally got into our room at around 2:15, it smelt so strongly of cleaning products my eldest child was in tears and begged to stay at a different hotel. Thankfully, the smell dissipated within an hour or so of the windows being open, but I feel like a hotel as established and well staffed as this one should be able to organise rooms to be cleaned (and aired!) before the advertised check-in time. Other than that, everything was good.
Location, Staff, and Bed
Very outdated. Windows were forced shut because of age. I Managed to get it open but it took some work. TVs were ancient not even HD. Furniture very old and worn out. Lights and light switch would glitch and not operate properly. Sofa could use some pillows. Other than that, great stay.
Hmmm - not much. The photos are deceptive as the room was much smaller than they lead you to believe.
The bathroom, was ridiculously small. I didn't know they made sinks that small, and that was the bath!

Loves loved loved this hotel. The service was excellent and the room was so spacious. The hotel is located in a quiet street with great restaurants and cafes around.
It is a little way out of London however was right near the underground, and was so easy to use. We were in it everyday going to different spots.
Would highly recommend staying here, great for families.
