Important information:

At check-in, guests are required to physically present the credit card used to make the reservation. Please ensure you have the card with you as the property may refuse check-in.
Presidential Apartments Kensington reserve the right to pre-authorize credit cards a week prior to arrival. The person registering at check-in must be at least 18 years of age. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. This is applicable for foreign nationals and British residents.
On arrival we take security deposit as preauthorisation on the credit/debit card. The amount is £25 a night, maximum of £100 per room. This block is being released on departure if no damage is caused. The length of release depends on your bank.
Please note that some of the rooms are suitable for wheelchair users. Please contact the property to confirm the availability of accessible rooms before booking.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Large room (especially for London) with kitchen area, nice bathroom. Good location near pubs, restaurants and also tube stations for multiple lines.

Cons:

Nothing. Minor maintenance needed in room, door handle loose, kitchen door difficult to open/close.

Pros:

La struttura è ben collegata con i mezzi pubblici. La metropolitana è a pochi passi, ci sono molti locali e anche supermercati. Non ci aspettavamo di trovare una reception all’accoglienza dato che solitamente gli appartamenti sono indipendenti. Ci siamo trovate molto bene. Lo staff è molto disponibile nel soddisfare ogni richiesta.

Parfait pour un séjour en famille à Londres
Pros:

Appartement très bien situé à quelques minutes à pied de deux lignes de métro, bien équipé et parfaitement propre. Un point de chute parfait pour quelques jours en famille à Londres, avec un très bon rapport qualité-prix...

Cons:

Niveau écologie ça n'est pas le top : établissement surchauffé, obligé de laisser la fenêtre ouverte en continu alors que le chauffage tourne encore !

The appartment exceeded our expectations and was great value for money
Pros:

Staff made you feel welcome and the appartement was very comfortable & spacious with all the amenities you would have at home eg washing machine, ironing board and iron, comfortable couch, good cooking facilities etc. Location was brilliant with a food store just off the square and no more than a 5 minute walk to Earls Court tube station with easy access into central London. The apartment was cleaned every day and was spotless.
