Important information:

At check-in, guests are required to physically present the credit card used to make the reservation. Please ensure you have the card with you as the property may refuse check-in.
Presidential Apartments Kensington reserve the right to pre-authorize credit cards a week prior to arrival. The person registering at check-in must be at least 18 years of age. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. This is applicable for foreign nationals and British residents.
On arrival we take security deposit as preauthorisation on the credit/debit card. The amount is £25 a night, maximum of £100 per room. This block is being released on departure if no damage is caused. The length of release depends on your bank.
Please note that some of the rooms are suitable for wheelchair users. Please contact the property to confirm the availability of accessible rooms before booking.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Sehr empfehlenswert!
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal. Rund um die Uhr Besetzung der Rezeption.
Sehr saubere Appartements. Jeden Tag wurde Zimmer gereinigt, Betten gemacht und frische Handtücher gebracht.
Gute Lage. 50 Minuten von Heathrow mit der U-Bahn. Ca. 30-40 Minuten überall ins Centrum und auch andere Destinations.

Cons:

Etwas hellhörig.
Betten zwar gemütlich, aber nach paar Tagen Rückenschmerzen. Zustellbett in Form ausziehbarer Couch für die Tochter war ok.

Fantastic studio type apartment in an excellent location, with excellent staff!
Pros:

Excellent comfortable room, with new washing/dryer that actually worked for drying!! Great location, handy to tube (although there were strikes) Staff extremely helpful and delivered bags to our room!

Cons:

Only thing was no lift down to room.

Lokasyon olarak metroya yakın.
En iyi konaklanacak semtlerden biri bence.

Cons:

Lobisi yok.. odalarda su yok, girişteki makinada 3 pound!
odamız giriş katının altındaydı, ground floor diye geviyor..Cam acamadık.. perdeleri de acamadık.
Değiştirmek istediğimizde oda detaylarında yazılı dediler ama böyle bir uyarı göremedim. Öyle olacagını bilseysim tercih etmezdim.
