Happy Stay
Pros:

The staff is very friendly, the room is clean, the bed is very comfortable, I was happy to be able to check in early because the room was available that day.

10/10 - will be back!
Pros:

My stay was fantastic. The room and washroom was clean, the staff were attentive and helpful (thank you cleaning staff!), and the location was perfect for local foods. There is an abundance of local shops that provided great Sarawakian fair. We will definitely be back when in Kuching.

Note: the hotel renovations to rhe reception area were ongoing. Bet it's going to be even better.

Cons:

Free wifi could be improved. It wasn't dependable in our room.
