Very relaxing and excellent value
Pros:

The staff were very helpful. They have 24 hr staff available at the front desk. The courtyard, lobby and rooftop pool are lovely. The room was large and well ventilated. There are bikes out front that are easy to rent. Many dining options nearby.

Cons:

There was no soap in the lobby bathroom. No coffee or hot water kettle in the room.

Pros:

The hotel was gorgeous. Absolutely loved the rainforest section in the middle with the hammocks. We had an apartment suite, and it suited us as a family of four perfectly. The decor of the apartment was beautiful.

Cons:

The breakfast wasn't great. There wasn't much selection. The scrambled eggs were consistently dry every day

Cons:

Restaurante péssimo, atendimento do restaurante pior ainda... Tínhamos que pegar uma cerveja e pagar de imediato toda vez... No café da manhã, tinha que pagar na hora antecipado e aí da pediam gorgeta pelo buffet sem serviço nenhum... E na única vez que pedimos para esquentar uma comida, depois de muito insistir pq a recepção falou que era possível, a comida veio completamente fria... Eu sinceramente não voltaria para esse hotel, apesar do preço bom

Lit très mou, bruit de voisins, le petit déjeuner est vraiment très mauvais, les choses manquent si vous arrivez à 9h alors qu'il est servi jusqu'à 11h les jus sont chimiques bref le 2eme jour nous avons déjeuner ailleurs.
Personnel très désagréable

Town is better than Beach when it comes to Tulum
Pros:

Unlike many places in Tulum, the staff here allowed for reasonable requests. I had a night where my key was getting reset due to a booking issue, and they allowed me to sleep in and reset the key on my schedule. They were also graceful with the bikes, allowing me to hold a bike key overnight when I wasn't sure if I would use it the next day or not. The staff was personable and kind.

I loved the jungle terrace and everything was super clean and spacious. And riding a bike to the beach is worth it.

Cons:

The bikes were a little shabby, but that was super minor in the scheme of things. I wish there were bathtubs, but that's me being very nitpicky.

All in all great value for Tulum.

très bel hôtel, tellement dommage de ne pas insonoriser les chambres!
Pros:

Le rooftop extra, vue, piscine.
Chambre spacieuse.

Cons:

Chambre pas du tout insonorisée. Nous étions rdc près du hall, beaucoup de bruit tard et tôt pour les touristes qui partent en excurion ou le personnel qui arrive.
Lit avec un matelas très très mou! idem pour nos amis dans une autre chambre.

Pros:

La proprete, le confort des chambres qui sont très spacieuses. La salle de bain. La literie. Et surtout le rooftop avec la piscine qui est vraiment très sympa. Un tres beau séjour dans cet hotel et surtout tres confortable.

Cons:

Le seul point est la position de l’hotel, qui est loin du centre et des plages.
Pour le centre 25 min a pied. Mais rien de bien méchant
