Muy cómoda, acogedora y con personal inmejorable.
Pros:

Nosotros tuvimos suerte porque nos tocó una habitación exterior con una vista preciosa. Recomendamos este hotel sin duda. Además, está bastante alejado de la situación que se ve a diario en las calles del centro, con presencia de drogadictos y personas que viven en la calle.

Cons:

Desde mi punto de vista, solo le faltaba un poquito más de iluminación.

A great place to stay on Nob Hill.
Pros:

The view of the city from our room was amazing. The room was perfectly designed. We really appreciated the friendliness and efficiency of the staff at the front desk, valet station, restaurant and housekeeping.

Cons:

Just a few minor recommendations would be: Perhaps the tile in the bathroom could be a little cleaner. This could be due to older tiles. An extra guest chair in the hotel room itself.

Not worth it
Pros:

Staff were helpful, location was good, enjoyed the gym

Cons:

Parking is a rip off, you pay $75 per night which is ridiculous in itself but then have to wait up to 20 mins to get your car back. The elevators weren't working so we had to take the service lift which was not pleasant. The rooms smelled mildly.

Great value for money in a fabulous location
Pros:

Fabulous location - next door to some very fancy hotels, but at a fraction of the price. Nice bar and lobby area. Friendly staff. Room was huge!

Cons:

Rooms are slightly "lived in", but absolutely value for money given the price. Breakfast area was very cold though, so bring a jumper!

The location was great. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Slow slow slow elevators only 1 of 3 working. Everything looked worn. Parking was $85 overnight. Room was SO noisy all night.
