la posizione dell'hotel è davvero unica, comodissima, a due passi dalla stazione ma anche a due passi dal centro di Firenze, si raggiunge tutto a piedi. La colazione buona, c'erano parecchie cose sia dolci che salate e tutte abbastanza buone. Il bagno spazioso e la doccia grande.
Una menzione particolare per lo Staff, tutti gentilissimi ed estremamente educati.

Cons:

al distributore delle bevande calde non è previsto un latte vegetale (soia, avena o altro), ma sono solo dettagli.
il bagno non avendo finestra a volte ha un odore forte, ma nulla che non si possa sopportare.
