Can be better but fine for short stay.
Pros:

We booked the place for cheap so I guess no complaints on that. It’s near the New Government Center so it’s quite near the center of attractions but too far from the pontoon.

Cons:

Could be dealbreaker:
The wifi is so slow and intermittent.

Nice to haves:
Though we can ask for more, the supplies provided in the family room were so limited considering a 2-night stay (just wish they can be more proactive on that).

Only one key card is provided for everyone.

Reviews for this hotel were misleading, not deserving the high rating it shows on Booking.com
Pros:

I can't say there's anything except at least wifi worked but not great

Cons:

No window room, closet door fell off nearly hitting mu wife when she opened it. Bed was uncomfortable and sheets and towels didn't seem cleaned or laundered. Small room.

Room was big and goid lightings

Cons:

The aircon was to noisy. Can't sleep well. Little water coming out from the shower and the hot and cold water were not working well.

Another thing i choose the pay now option in tje booking and i did it with my credit card but when i arrived at the place i need to pay it because nothing was deducted from my credit card. I choose to pay now during the process so it would be smooth when i arrived but i need to used 10-15 mins for checking in...This happened to me several times already. Hope booking.com will check on this...thanks

Good location but needs improvement with maintenance.

Good location since it is near establishments.

Cons:

WiFi wasn't working very well. The pictures on booking.com didn't match the setting of the property when we got there. There are several things that needs to be fixed in the room specifically the bathroom. When we tried to flush the toilet, the handle came off. When we tried to wash our hands in the faucet, the handle also came off. So this property needs improvement with their maintenance.
