Really Good Location. Decent rooms and breakfast included.
Pros:

The hotel is very well located near the city center. It is well connected by bus and Metro. You can also literally walk from the hotel to the closest city center. The hotel is clean, with decent rooms (old-style), but justified for this price. The breakfast was included in this price, which is a really good deal.

Cons:

Well, its just personal , that the room given to me was on top floor with harsh sun hitting the windows i had to keep curtain. There is a fan provided, but the location of room couldnt help, until sun set down. Maybe the rooms on other side of corridor have less heating due to sun. Since the rooms are not air conditioned, stay in hot months like june july and august could be bit uncomfortable.

Sehr hilfsbereites Personal an der Rezeption ! Gute Erreichbarkeit mit ÖFFIS auf mehreren Wegen (Tram 12,18 bis Hessendenkmal,U 4 bis Merianplatz (dann durch die Gaußstr.laufen bis direkt vorm Hotel),U 5 bis Musterschule,dann Hebelstrasse laufen - alles sehr gut erreichbar und mega-zentral nahe Konstablerwache).Trotz Hitze kühle Zimmer dank der Bäume vor dem Haus/Fenster.Recht grosse Zimmer,viel Ausstattung (Wasserkocher,Fön,Kühlschrank usw.) - grosszügiges Bad mit Badewanne.

Mehrere Restaurants in der Umgebung ; ein italienisches direkt als Nachbarn.

Cons:

Alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen - aber exzellentes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.Jetzt im Sommer bei geöffneten Fenstern teilweise Strassenlärm.

Wenn das Bad sauber gewesen wäre und die Umsetzung des Frühstücks etwas besser, ist das eine super preiswerte Alternativ

Preisgünstig, Lage gut, Personal nett, schöner Frühstücksraum

Cons:

Das Badezimmer war leider gar nicht sauber. In die Toilette durfte man nicht reingucken. An den Fliesen der Badewannenwand war Schimmel. Am Ende des Fliesenspiegels,rollten sich die Staubmäuse. Im Waschbecken war kein Waschbeckenstöpsel. Der Toilettenpapierhalter war voller Staub. Alles in allem war das Bad einfach viel zu dreckig. Am ersten Morgen kamen wir zum Frühstück und obwohl es noch 1 Stunde offen war, war so gut wie alles alle. Wir mussten erst Bescheid sagen, damit nach und nach wieder alles aufgefüllt wird. Beim zweiten Morgen war es besser auch die Brötchen schmeckten dann viel besser.

Very rude staff very unclean apartment the smell was unbearable

The property manager was really rude he took guests out of an apartment and told us to stay in an unclean apartment after the other guests have left we refused to stay and he just kicked us out

Très bien pour le prix
Pros:

Emplacement très pratique, rue calme, personnel agréable et serviable, les lits sont confortables, les ventilateurs sont bien utiles . Rapport qualité prix imbattable, parking à disposition (payant)

Cons:

Propreté de la chambre aléatoire, ne pas trop regarder sous les lits ou dans les coins...
