Perfekt Lage zum Bahnhof Atocha. Freundliches Personal und sehr schöne Zimmer. Bademantel, Hotel-Slipper, Wasserkocher und Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine vorhanden. Tee, Kaffee und 2 Dosen Wasser wurden jeden Tag nachgefüllt.
Die Qualität des Frühstücks war gut. Leider war das Personal überfordert. Tische wurden nicht abgeräumt und das Buffet teilweise nicht oder viel zu spät nachgefüllt. Das nächste Mal würden wir ohne Frühstück buchen.
