I loveeeed the location - quiet private, easy access to Nyali center and other establishments i.e. supermarket, hospitals, clubs, the staff are great especially Emmanuel Mwamsi, Matheka and Pablo....plenty of water given in the rooms

Cons:

The pool is very salty, cost for room service doesn't make sense.

Horrible staff poor customer service rude to be precise and the rooms are old and unmaintained had a broken bed,fridge full of fowl smelling water and staff are robotic if you ask for anything the answer is thats the policy and they won't even contact management to ask.
