The hotel was close to Atlas Arena where we were going to see a concert.
The bed was ok, but the pillows were uncomfortable. One of them was clearly very old and worn out - in some areas my head would sink straight through because it was so thin, while other parts were hard as a rock.
My partner and I had to share a very small duvet. If we both wanted to be covered, we had to lie side by side because it was essentially a single-sized duvet and was not large enough for two people to sleep comfortably underneath.
The room was generally quite clean, but the carpet had several old cigarette burns and the bathroom was in need of some refurbishment. The bathroom amenities were also very basic: there was only the same soap provided in two containers, one by the sink and one in the shower, with no shampoo or conditioner available.
The bathroom light and the light underneath the TV were sensor-operated and the sensors kept activating every few minutes throughout the night. This made it very difficult to fall asleep. Eventually, we had to remove the room card to cut the electricity, which unfortunately meant we could not charge our phones overnight.
The staff were very helpful and polite and the breakfast was ok.
I have to say that the many excellent reviews of this hotel were quite misleading compared to our experience. I booked this place based on those reviews so I wanted to leave a more realistic and balanced one to help future guests have a better idea of what to expect.
Overall, I would not stay here again. I would rather spend an extra 150-200 zł and stay somewhere else for a more comfortable experience.
Bardzo udany pobyt. Hotel czysty, komfortowy i dobrze zorganizowany. Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługują śniadania, wyjątkowo smaczne, różnorodne i przygotowane ze świeżych produktów.

Pobyt przebieg znakomicie mimo jednej doby, ale co można powiedzieć to hotel dba a gości. Kawa i herbata oraz woda dostępne cały czas. Śniadanie było rewelacyjne, różnorodne dania na ciepło na zimno, koktajl ze świeżych truskawek , różnorodny wybór sałatek naprawdę bogaty wybór dań. Będąc w Łodzi kolejny raz to na pewno wybierzemy ten hotel.
