部屋に期待しなければとても良い。

夜景が綺麗に見えた

Cons:

洗面台が補修中なのか汚いテープみたいなものが貼られていた。お風呂が昭和の家のものみたい。

スタッフの態度に残念
Pros:

アメニティーが充実していて、コンビニもあって便利だった。

Cons:

チェックインの際に丁寧に教えてくださるスタッフがいる反面、フロントにいる数名のスタッフがずっと私語で話しているのはどうなのか?と思った。お客さんがいるのだから、よく見て対応して欲しい。

今までで、最高のホテル
Pros:

予想もしてなかった、スペシャルな部屋でした。
使わなかったですが、キッチンや、洗濯機もあり、
また足のマッサージ器もあり、本当にホテルと言うより、自分の部屋みたいにくつろげました。
また、次回も泊まりたいです。

目覚まし時計の電池が切れていた。
部屋に大きな時計があると嬉しい

疲れていたので感謝です！
Pros:

お台場から近くて夜景や風景がよかった！
コンビニがホテルの中にも外にもあって、よかった！
こちらが事前に人数の事とかでメッセージ送っていて丁寧にお返事していただいた。

Cons:

部屋が狭くて荷物が広げられなかった。
ホテルの方が親切なんだけど、対応？愛想？の感じが少しきつい？冷たく感じて、せっかく素敵なホテルで困ってるとき親切に教えてくれてるのでもったいないなと感じました。
