The building is lovely and in a great location.
Every single member of staff I encountered were so helpful and friendly. I was travelling alone with my little girl and really appreciated how much they made us feel welcome.
I had paid for a luxury sea view room and whilst the room was big and the bathroom lovely the decor looked and felt a little cheap.
Was the room clean - absolutely. Does it need a re vamp - absolutely.
The room was fabulous as were the many comfortable areas to sit in. The food was really good and the service by the staff in the restaurant was excellent . What a pleasure to have properly set tables and attentive skilled staff.
Ambieance, decor, food, friendly team.
Room a bit too warm, unable to regulate.
Location, staff & restaurant
Our room was very dated & the shower was dreadful, it was a mixer tap one with a mind of its own. For that reason we would stay there again
The staff were awesome. The breakfast nice. The location was great!
There isn't any disable space in the car park.
I had a fabulous stay at this hotel, the staff were so friendly and welcoming, made me and my grand daughter feel so welcome.
I come to Beaumaris every year and will dcertianly stay here again
There wasn't anything to compalin about my stay was perfect
Breakfast was excellent and the staff were very friendly, the views of snowdonia through the window was a bonus.
The location is perfect for travelling around the island.
There are plenty of shops and bars within walking distance.
There is not much parking on site.
I like olde world hotels, very grand and spacious, free parking, very pleasant and helpful staff, clean and comfortable.
Breakfast is help yourself, most of the food was to dry and overcooked due to being sat under warmer, a freshly cooked breakfast would be far nicer, not the best value for money.
Old fashioned hotel, but clean comfortable and very friendly and welcoming staff. Excellent breakfast choices and quality
Older style hotel traditionally decorated
Beautiful hotel, it was like stepping back in time. Evening meal in reraurant was very good as was the breakfast. Customer service excellent.
Old school glamour with a stunning view. We previously stayed 13 years ago and ended up in the same room again. The hotel may be a little tired in places but it is stunning and very clean. Our room was huge and had an amazing view of the sea and mountains. The food was lovely, shout out to Holly who looked after us so well in the restaurant both nights. The breakfast is also lovely and nothing is too much trouble to make. All the staff are friendly and helpful. We had no problems parking.
We loved everything I wish we could have stayed longer!
Very uncomfortable bed room 111,
Nice staff, lovely surroundings
The staff as usual were excellent and the room (202) was ok but on the small side as we had two dogs with us.
We have stayed at the Bulkeley many times and have always looked forward to our time there. On this occasion however, we were disappointed with the dinner menu compared to previous stays and the bacon chop I had on one night was really underdone. We feel that the prices have increased too much. For example, £5.50 for a scone in the Deli, is way over the top.
