They claimed it was purified water and I spend a full 2 days in my room sick

It was a pretty place

Cons:

The “purified” water spigot gave me and my friend diarrhea and vomiting. I was sick for 2 days and my friend for 1 day. The sign on the water spigot said specifically that it was safe for drinking.

Nice stay and beautiful neighborhood.
Pros:

Perfect location, the price was adequate. Very well equipped.

Fabulous place
Pros:

The property was perfect! Clean, safe, comfortable and the reception was great! Location was fantastic, close to supermarkets, cafes etc… will return again whenever I visit Mexico City!

Not worth the amount of money we paid. It is very noisy.

The room is clean and spacious.

Cons:

The room had a constant low humming noise, along with a high-pitched noise that occurred every few minutes. These noises significantly disrupted our sleep every night for the entire duration of our stay. We raised this issue and asked to change rooms, but we were informed that all rooms have the same noise problem. There isn't carpet on the floor and the upstairs guest walked around in her shoes all the time and it was very loud.

The breakfast was bare minimum, mostly only cereal and milk and toast. No breakfast is provided on Sunday.

The location is very far away from other interesting neighborhoods such as Roma area and historic district. You basically have to take a taxi to anywhere other than Polanco. As a tourist, this is not a good choice.

Wonderful place to stay in Polanco.
Pros:

It really exceeded expectations. Our suite was huge and spotlessly clean.

Cons:

The road noise was the only real drawback, but next time I’ll ask for a room facing the courtyard.

Apartamento ótimo. Cozinha super completa. Roupa de cama maravilhosa!
Poreeeeem… peguem o APTO de fundos.
Cheguei e meu apto era no primeiro andar e de frente! Impossível! Depois de 2 noites pedi para trocar.

Cons:

Se for de frente é impossível de dormir por conta do barulho.
Fora isso, tudo perfeito!
Melhor localização impossível!
Portaria 24 h.
Recepção em horário comercial.

2BR apartment, space to spread out and prepare/warm simple meals. Laundry in the basement. They had a wheelchair on site (did not use), bikes to borrow (although very basic), laundry facility in the basement to use after 17.00.

Gran experiencia en el centro de Polanco,
Pros:

La ubicación y sus vistas nos encanto, es una esquina que desde los tres ventanales que tiene el living comedor tiene unas vistas excelentes. En el centro de Polanco y cerca de todo. El equipamiento y amoblamiento de primera. Volvería sin dudarlo.

No hay nada que no me haya gustado.
