Great stay and great hotel
Pros:

The room, and location were excellent. Staff were really friendly too.

Cons:

My room was on the 9th floor. I could open the window but not far as the opening was limited. The room was very hot and stuffy. I worked the air conditioning but it was quite noisy.

Great stay, location. Definitely stay again. Staff super friendly and helpful.
Pros:

Great location, super comfortable bed/pillows
Great coffee lounge. Fridge in room such a bonus. We were road facing and there was no traffic pedestrian noise!

Cons:

I appreciate good location/facilities and lovely staff but price was the reason we downgraded the score slightly. We have stayed in many locations within London and this was up there in price and breakfast not being included.
Coffee machine in the room made cold coffee but we loved the coffee from the club lounge.

התקבלנו בסבר פנים יפות. צוות אדיב. הצ'יק אין היה מהיר ויעיל. במלון חדר כושר חמוד נקי ומסודר , מכשירים במצב מצויין. מיקום המלון נוח וקרוב לכל מה שרצינו . יש חדר מנוחה נעים לשבת בו , עם שתיה חמה לאורך היום. ישנה מסעדת פיצה נחמדה ואווירה שמחה. החדר שלנו היה מרווח ומיטות נוחות.

Cons:

חדר אמבטיה ישן . פחות אסתטי. ניכר כי הדלתות והמשקופים עברו צביעה לשם תחזוקה אך עדיין החוויה הייתה פחות נעימה לשהות בה.
בלובי המלון חשתי ריח לא כל כך נעים.

Excellent location, hotel was overpriced.
Pros:

Excellent location. The main reception staff were nice (especially the Italian lady whose name I didn’t get). The club quarters were fantastic and really useful. Room was quite big.

Cons:

It’s embarrassing that the toiletries were New York themed, also they really weren’t nice. For the money, breakfast was really poor. One persons shower leaked, ours went cold, usb sockets didn’t work. All little things but for the price were a bit annoying. They told us if we waited we could have an adjoining room which would have been very useful but then this didn’t materialise.
