It was a safe location.
Room 2 has an air exhaust from the Chinese restaurant below that continually shakes the floor until 10.30pm
I stayed here to visit my family for the new year's day holiday about 9 days. The location and facility were great. It is located in the quiet neighborhood and a short walk to Sakurashinmachi subway station with several convenience stores in between. I loved having a big soaking bathtub. Communication with the owner was easy and their responses were relatively quick. I would consider coming back for sure!
The futon mattress was so thin and so uncomfortable to sleep. But when I requested an extra, they brought it despite it was on the New Year's day. I really appreciated their willingness to accommodate our needs. Only part I hope to improve was the cleaness of the room. Not so bad, but not so good neither. There were a vacuum cleaner so it helped.
設備、清潔感申し分無いです。

I think it was very spacious considering the price and location. There are schools around this place so I felt very safe and secure
The place is cozy and very clean, also sitting in the peaceful area.
This if my first time to Japan and almost all of the controller in the bathroom is in Japanese. It took me a while to learn how to use the faucet and the bath, if you have the instructions or English note near / within the bathroom would be helpful since we didnt look at the manual on the table and found out later on.
there wasn't much to like about it, it was bland on a roof
we paid 600 for tents.. tents on a roof. on top of that there was a camera that kept taking pictures of us at the middle of the night. our protection for our luggage was a chair with a note that said not to pass the chair.very unprofessional for a place claiming to be a hotel. its a cash grab.
