Happy and glad to see the bears
Pros:

Free private parking while nearby has somewhat enough street parking place.
Room is clean. I love the cotton flower scent they use. I am bring soap I used to home.
There’s a bus stop nearby. Subway needs a little walking but I am OK with that.

Cons:

It is a residential neighborhood. So it’s easy to drive, but I don’t like restaurants and convenience stores nearby.
The room is New York City and classic European style… Justified by price, small and historical in good. fellow American travelers need to set expectations…
