Pros:

Uitbater uiterst gedienstig.
Mindervalide geholpen met berging materiaal. Alle praktische zaken worden opgelost door receptie.
Basic hotel, hygiëne ok.
Geen ontbijtbuffet van 50 meter maar voldoende keus en lekkere verse producten.
Personeel uiterst vriendelijk en gedienstig.

Cons:

Uitbater vroeg of we gingen"tjollen" in oostende, niks van begrepen, maar zal wel iets goeds geweest zijn,hopelijk?

Typisch Oostends hotel voor een kort verblijf en voor wie geen hoge luxe eisen stelt
Pros:

prima ontbijt, mooie ontbijtruimte
locatie in het hart van Oostende stad
ondanks dat het hotel een opknapbeurt mag krijgen was alles in orde en proper, zeker voor deze prijs

l emplacement , petit dej correct , nous avons pu discuter avec le propriétaire qui nous surclassé suite à un soucis dans notre chambre ( bonne compréhension entre nous ) , la nouvelle chambre proposée était bien , la literie , la propreté , amabilité du proprio et de la personne préposée au petit dej
