Lovely little corner from which to explore Bosque Chapultepec!
Pros:

This hotel is the perfect home base for all of the wonderful attractions in Chapultepec Forest. There are so many restaurants and food stands nearby. We were able to sample many different types of food (at very different price points). The hotel itself is lovely and well-appointed. When you get into the room, they have ear plugs (which we didn't need) and shoe mitts and sponges (which we definitely did need!). They also provide small water bottles each day, with more water and other beverages available for purchase. I'd definitely stay here again; the staff is helpful and gracious.

Cons:

The only possible negatives here are avoidable with some planning. It IS in a busy area (during the daytime; it quiets down at night) and the walls are thin so that when the cleaners start working, you can hear them. We're early risers but had brought white noisemakers that we could have used if we'd wanted a lie-in. Also, this has two floors above ground and no elevator, so if you cannot climb be sure to request a ground floor room. Location-wise, we had trouble finding a nearby ATM. These are very minor and, again, I'd be glad to rebook this hotel!

Room was nice.

Cons:

We were in the street level, and there was a lot of noise coming from reception. Noise would come from conversations of other hosts in the lobby, with receptionist. The receptionist would some times play videos that one could hear from the room at late hours. Easiest fix for the hotel would be to install a door in the corridor leading to the rooms. Noise insulation is really bad. There was also noise from cars in the street. Toilet paper was not always refilled and had to ask explicitly.

Pros:

1. It's proximity to my event place.
2. Availability of microwave but no microwave cover.
3. The TV connected to internet and provides opportunity to watch preferred program
4. Room is relative clean with enough bathroom gadgets.

Cons:

1. Inability of staff to communicate in English.
2. The working desk and the room are too small
3. Very noisy - people walking up and down all through the night and speaking loud making it difficult to sleep.
4. The entrance is not hotel like but more of individual apartment and guest needs to ring bell and wait
5. Lack of complementary service.

El lugar está bien ubicado, las habitaciones son cómodas y el espacio suficiente. Limpieza y buena decoración.

Cons:

Podría mejorarse un poco el ruido de las habitaciones de la planta baja porque están al lado de la calle.

Pros:

Hotel molto curato e parti comuni molto pulite

Cons:

Non abbiamo gradito il fatto che le pulizie fossero sostanzialmente a pagamento. Non ci sono mai state fatte durante le 3 notti di soggiorno presso la struttura perchè non ci siamo accorti che fosse richiesta la mancia (l'ultimo giorno abbiamo visto che c'era un foglietto con indicazioni di lasciare la mancia). Il che significa che entravano, controllavano se ci fossero contanti sul tavolo, e uscivano senza effettuare le pulizie. Lo staff non parla inglese e comunque ci sono zone migliori dove alloggia a CDMX.

Que reserve para 2 personas y pedi 2 camas, eso creí tenía la habitación, y tuve que pedir cambio de habitación y se pagó un extra.
Lo bueno que había disponibles
Otro detalle es el estacionamiento, no nos dieron la hora de cierre y tuvimos que estacionar durante la noche en camino real o la alternativa que nos dieron era en la calle

Dommage , un hotel que j’aimais beaucoup, mais à beaucoup changer . Je ne pense pas revenir .

Plusieurs fois qu’on retourne à cette hotel , visiblement beaucoup de chose on changer , pas de personnel d’accueil, c’est l’agent de sécurité qui a fait notre entrée . Un agent d’un certain âge , très très gentil et serviable ! Merci à lui pour tout !

Cons:

Je ne suis pas sûr de retourner à cette hôtel, aucun personnel d’accueil , première fois qu’on me dit que le ménage dans les chambres est gratuit 1 fois ( pour 1 semaine ) , si non 222pesos . Aucun respect de l’autre avant de sécurité ( heureusement le premier est là et on été tellement content de le voir ) mais le deuxième agent , regarder des série a fond ( l’hôtel résonne beaucoup ) , ronfle à l’accueil, et quand on sonne pour nous ouvrir , visiblement on le dérange durant sont sommeil . Mon chien de service est devenu payant , en octobre je n’avais pas payer cela .
Nous avions 3 chambres , et la chambre 6 est humide et sent très fort .
Pour les gens au sommeils léger, mettez vous des boules quies , l’hôtel résonne énormément et les gens ne respectent pas les horaires de silence .
Bref finalement à vouloir faire des économies beaucoup de gens ne reviendrons pas !

Great stay in Anzures
Pros:

We've stayed in Anzures a few times as it's nice and quiet and this is the 3rd place we've stayed at. All have been good but this has been the best.

24/7 security staff and very friendly.
Well designed interiors and always had a smell of fresh flowers throughout the building
Clean and well appointed modern rooms with decent bathrooms and hot showers

Anzures is a great location in general and this place is no exception. Would highly recommend. We stayed 5 nights
