Pros:

Hasan was very helpful as well as the breakfast chefs, cleaners and brilliant porters. Amazing staff. Delicious breakfast cooked to order and preferences respected too. Help was quickly given with luggage. Good WiFi. Comfortable and clean room Mashallah.

Cons:

The shower, they use curtains which doesn't protect the water from spilling out, which then makes the whole bathroom messy..

Stuff was great breakfast unbelievable the building is clean. The room is clean. Everything is perfect.
Pros:

I liked location of the property and I like the breakfast. Unbelievable the stuff very helpful. Anyway I love everything about this place.

At home... It was my first hotel in Kenya 3 years ago and it's still my favorite in Nairobi, splendid position, good and clean rooms, reasonable price, lovely staff , I love this place
