Patio très agréable avec plantes et piscine entretenue.

Eau froide de la douche mais surtout très très bruyant la nuit :boîte de nuit sur le rooftop voisin . insupportable.impossible de dormir. Et aussi un bruit de moteur lancinant permanent.nous avons quitté l'hôtel une nuit plus tôt.malgré la gentillesse du personnel qui a bien compris le problème.

La ubicación, que nos dieran planta baja y que tiene estacionamiento justo a un lado muy practico, que en recepción tienen todo lo necesario
Nada, si acaso que tuviera mini refri para guardar comida pero ya es mucho pedir por el precio. El agua caliente tarda mucho en salir pero no es tanto problema
Elegí este hotel porque en Booking indica que tiene estacionamiento, pero al llegar me dijeron que solo tienen 3 cupos y que ya estaban ocupados. Esto no se aclara en ningún lado, por lo que tuve que pagar un estacionamiento externo. Eso es publicidad engañosa y una estafa.
Además, el día de salida no había agua caliente en pleno invierno. Avisé en recepción y solo repetían “ahorita”, pero nunca lo arreglaron. Tuvimos que irnos sin poder bañarnos. La atención en recepción fue inepta y poco profesional, sin ofrecer soluciones reales.
No tiren su dinero! No lo recomiendo en absoluto.

I chose this hotel because Booking states that it has parking, but upon arrival I was told they only have 3 parking spaces, which were already occupied. This is not mentioned anywhere, so I had to pay for an external parking lot. This is misleading advertising and a scam.
Additionally, on the day of departure there was no hot water in the middle of winter. I informed the front desk and they kept saying “right now”, but it was never fixed. We had to leave without being able to shower. The front desk staff was inept and unprofessional, offering no real solutions.
Very unprofessional hotel. I do not recommend it at all.

La ubicacion
Que no habia agua caliente. Solo fue UN dia.
En general casi todo en el hotel está bien. Cama cómoda, ubicación cercana a la plaza central. Personal muy amable.
Hubo solo un problema: al lado del hotel hay un club de música en vivo, muy ruidoso, que hace muy difícil dormir (pese a que era domingo, hasta después de la medianoche seguía el ruido). El personal fue muy amable e intentaban que el club bajara el volumen de su música (finalmente lo lograron). Es una lástima lo del ruido, porque no depende del hotel pero lo perjudica enormemente (y realmente todo lo demás está muy bien, pero el tema de la tranquilidad es indispensable).

Basic room. Spacious, with two small twin beds instead of a large double bed. Very centrally located. With a pool, in the middle of the reception area...
Pity, there was no breakfast service available. Be aware of no elevator in the building.

Stationnement : Le parking est très petit ; il n'est pas garanti d'y trouver une place à votre arrivee.
Il faut laisser couler l'eau pendant plus de 10 minutes pour obtenir, au mieux, de l'eau tiède.
