There are no complaints regarding the accommodation.
From check-in to the amenities, cleanliness, and condition of the apartment, to the helpfulness of the staff, everything was great. The accommodation even offers a 24/7 gym and a relaxing rooftop area. Although this wasn't really used in January, it's certainly a great place at other times of the year.
Special praise goes to Michael at the front desk. Unfortunately, my cell phone was badly damaged during my trip, rendering it unusable. He was very helpful, and I could absolutely count on his assistance. Thank you (again) for that.

Cons:

It's a little out of the way, but if you're a good walker, it's no problem. Plus, there's a subway station practically on the doorstep.

Comfortable stay with very supportive and friendly staff
Pros:

I love the staff (from front desk to cleaning and repair person), love use of virtual key from my phone and the cleanliness of the room. The gym is nice, it serves my purpose. I also love the water refill station

Cons:

Wish there was better recycling and more water refill stations (may be one more near the front desk)

Would love to stay there every time I am in DC if the price is affordable
Pros:

Loved staying at coda. Used the Latch app to get into the property, worked very well. Staff was always very helpful and would get supplies if I ran out of anything

Cons:

I used the gym everyday, very nice gym. Has a nice corner to do yoga. Only thing I didn’t like is that the wet wipes for cleaning the equipment would get stuck and not be accessible. Minor inconvenience but would help they can fix if

Micki was amazing. He made sure our stay was perfect from beginning to end. I will definitely make this favorite place
Pros:

The location of the property was literally right in the middle close to everything we needed. The view was amazing and the gym was probably the cleanest gym I’ve seen in a while. We loved everything about this property.

It was enough for a tech savvy person like me to download an app and get a digital key.
There was also a Concierge desk that could provide a physical key for less tech savvy people.

Cons:

Mostly good. I prefer to have a few rugs laid out in the room since the wooden floors can get a bit sticky during hot muggy weather.

I will absolutely tell every one I know about this property!
Pros:

It was safe, and beautiful!

Cons:

It was worth the $65 fee to park in their underground parking lot. The other options are the street, and the lot a block away. I don’t walk in DC late at night, so it was money well spent.
