Awesome hotel

messaggi scritti bene e precisi ma una ridondanza eccessiva tra i vostri e quelli di booking ne arrivavano 4-6 al giorno

Bel édifice, bel emplacement mais aurait avantage à soigner méticuleusement la propreté.

L’emplacement, très bien situé.

Cons:

C’est un appartement et non un hôtel donc pas de réception. Personne à l’accueil, pas de ménage. Fonctionne avec des codes. Pénible après un long voyage. Propreté des duvets pas super, pas de service le soir pour pouvoir les faire changer.

Mi è stato fatto presente un danno che non avevo fatto e che c'era prima che arrivassi. Ma l'host è stato molto gentile e ha compreso che non era stato rilevato precedentemente da che faceva le pulizie.

Apartamento excelente em todos os aspectos.

Cons:

Não tinha me atentado que não haveria equipe no check-in e que para acessar o prédio e o apto bastava acessar um link.

Great apartment, easily fits 4 people!
Pros:

Huge apartment and it was great having two full bathrooms. The late check out was helpful.

Cons:

The property manager gave us permission to checkout at noon, but the cleaning crew came early at 10:30 am. It was sorted out in time, but due to the language barrier there was confusion.

Appartement selbst okay. Management verbesserungswürdig

Die Appartements sind ausreichend groß und sauber. Das Gebäude selbst wirkt sehr gepflegt.

Cons:

Bei unserer Ankunft wurde uns ein Appartement zugewiesen, das nicht versperrbar war (technischer Defekt am Schloss). Telefonisch wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass leider kein anderes Appartement im Gebäude frei sei, aber am nächsten Tag ein Techniker käme. Nach weiterer Korrespondenz und Kontakt mit Booking wurde doch ein anderrs Appartement gefunden.
Weiters wurden wir nach Abschluss des online Check in aufgefordert noch € 100,00 als Sicherheit zu zahlen. Dies haben wir nicht gemacht.

Cómodo.
Pros:

Amplia y cómoda, sobre todo la cocina. Fácil estacionar en la calle. Muy cómodo el acceso.

Cons:

La cocina y los accesorios de cocina no estaban tan limpios. Si bien hay lavarropas, no hay donde colgar la ropa en el apartamento, sino solo en la terraza del edificio.
