L hôtel est très bien situé, le personnel très agréable, le petit déjeuner en buffet est bien fourni, du froid du chaud et du salé.

Cons:

La salle de bain un peu petite et spartiate et la chambre un peu petite.

Muy buena elección para estar unos días en Venecia
Pros:

Personal de hotel, desayuno y ubicación excelente (5 min andando de la Piazza San Marcos, 10 a Rialto y principales paradas de Vaporetto). Limpieza diaria de habitación. Es un hotel veneciano, con su temática "rococó", que le da un toque muy agradable y enigmático a la estancia. En invierno, con temperaturas de 0-5 grados, la climatización de la habitación era perfecta.

Cons:

La ducha es muy pequeña y sin mampara (cortina de baño un poco cutre). Adultos no es un problema, pero nosotros fuimos con un peque de 2 años y se nos complicaba un poco el tema baño y no poner todo perdido de agua.

Amabilidad del personal
Pros:

La amabilidad del personal, nos trataron genial y nos permitieron entrar un poco antes de la hora. Muy céntrico para ver el corazón de Venecia. El desayuno estupendo. La pena que no disfrutamos mucho porque salíamos pitando a coger el vaporetto.

Las habitaciones necesitan alguna reformilla, aunque estaba muy limpio
