Good location, terrible apartment overall.
Pros:

It was close to where I needed to be. That’s it.

Cons:

The apartment needs a full gut job. Door frames are rusty, the shower is full of crumbling drywall, it smells terrible throughout. The beds were dirty, the unit was full of dented, scratched, and generally broken furniture. Electrical in the main room- outlets won’t keep plugs connected and none of them looked well maintained.

Bedroom closet had a damp / moldy drop ceiling.

The kitchen features open electrical connections that a young child could easily get hurt if they touched the exposed wires to the garbage disposal.

Overall this place was a dump.

Hello, we just got in the apartment and it's nothing we expected - it's a really old building and it's really old old appliances

Not only that but one of the beds is falling apart

The lower corner of the bed has collapsed and the bed corner just dropped to the floor almost
So we have 1 bed left !!!

Could we change a different apartment as I see that this whole building is like rental ?

And in your listing you never mentioned that parking is another 120, and fob whatever it's for? it's another 30, so we just spent another 150?! I will be letting the booking agent know this - it's really unacceptable!

And their response was basically - oh it’s ok we fixed it now.
My reply -
Your maintenance team next day (no one available night of) was or wasn't able to address by reattaching the leg still remained therefore our stay wasn't satisfactory

If in fact the leg came loose meant that your service team putting the bed together prior didn't address the issue ahead - leg didn't come loose suddenly without one being there after your cleaning person left

And at the time I complained, no maintenance or service team came to help and it wasn't until I told them I am leaving and want my refund did you send maintenance people to go check why and where the problem lies so therefore until refund request your company basically wouldn't address the concern!

Pros:

The property is way out of maintenance with very poor quality on everything from bedding, bathroom and kitchen. The accommodation is more like a motel. I would never stay in this place again. It a shame for Expedia to advertise this condo as a luxury, a very misleading and potential a fraud to lure the people to stay in this place. Very disappointed.

Pros:

the condo i stayed in was the worst place i have ever stayed. Way to many thing to write. Call if ya want the list. Expedia should be ashamed to offer such property and say it has 3.5 stars. I give it a 1 only because the pool area was nice.

Pros:

It was beach front and close to everything. Extra fees like, parking and parking tag, room key..not cool. Every place gives a key for free an on site parking. VERY disorganized. I still have no idea what’s the role of the person that was waiting for me. Office closes at 5!!! We were in line to get the key before 5pm, but there was a large group ahead of us. Yet, they still closed at 5pm and we had to wait until the next day for our key- I consider that very rude, specially we were there in line. There was an extra blanket in the closet which we grab to cover, but it smelled and it was full of hair. The kitchen was nice.
