Good value for a budget stay.
Pros:

The price was good for Bangkok and it's in a good location, easy to get to places on bike or car. There's good food not too far away. Tea/coffee is provided and light breakfast, as well as small snacks throughout the day. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and well kept, although not very spacious.

Cons:

There is a lot of street noise that can be disturbing for some persons.
While I was asleep on my first morning there, another couple came into my room because reception mixed up the rooms and gave them a key to my room. That was pretty uncomfortable.

Pros:

Výborná lokalita s krátkou prechádzkou k China townu. Čisté izby bez zápachu. Klimatizácia dostatočne vychladila izby.

Cons:

Hluk nielen z ulice, ale aj z okolitých izieb, takže ak chcete isť na viac nocí a vyspať sa, zvoľte radšej niečo iné. Na jednu dve noci po únavnom dni v meste sa to dá v pohode zvládnuť :)
