Das Zimmer , die Aussicht, die Ausstattung waren top

Cons:

Das Check-In wenn das Personal nicht da ist , passiert automatisch was prinzipiell gut ist aber wenn das nicht funktioniert gibt es nur eine Nummer der Schwestern Hotels und ich musste Stunden warten bis eine Lösung passierte ist und ich in meinen schon bezahlten Zimmer rein kann obwohl ich vorher schriftlich angefragt hatte wie es funktioniert damit solche Sachen nicht passieren.

Man kann mit technischen Fortschritt mitgehen aber wenn dann muss es auch funktionieren wenn es drauf ankommt und wenn nicht muss es mit Personal kompensiert werden

Enttäuschend in Bezug auf Zimmer und Preis
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Hier eine TOP Bewertung.
Das Frühstück war ok und lecker, die Auswahl ausreichend. Der Kaffee sehr gut. Fahrstuhl vorhanden.

Cons:

Von den Zimmern sehr enttäuscht. Absolut unromantisch und für diesen Preis zu schlicht eingerichtet. Man hat das Gefühl in einem Jugendzimmern aus den 90er zu schlafen. Schränke an beiden Bettseiten die einen einengenden Charakter haben, Kühlschrank direkt neben dem Kopfteil vom Bett, kein wirkliches Farbkonzept, das Bad mit alten Fliesen, muffliger Geruch.
Für diese Qualität selbst für Leipziger Innenstadt zu überteuert.
Die Tiefgarage klein, sehr eng und zu teuer für 22 EUR! Würde hier nicht mit einem SUV reinfahren.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Super freundliches Personal. Gemütliche Zimmer mit vielen kleinen Extras.
Ein vielseitiges leckeres Frühstück. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder. Dankeschön für alles! :)
