It’s a great location

Cons:

Nowhere to hang up clothes suitably - rooms seem designed for short stays maybe? The staff were a bit off, the bar staff weren’t great

Pros:

Segunda vez que nos hospedamos no Hotel e a experiência novamente foi muito boa. A localização é excelente e fizemos vários passeios a pé. O tamanho do quarto é ótimo e a limpeza excelente.

Pros:

Die Lage ist phänomenal und die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Der Preis ist schon eher teuer, wobei dies normal für New York ist, an dieser Lage sowieso.

Very nice, comfortable hotel with a friendly staff in a convenient location.
Pros:

Location was perfect. Room and bathroom were very nice size and layout.

Cons:

There were only thin sheets on the bed without a proper comforter. TV was NOT a smart TV that was advertised. We were NOT able to cast from our devices to the TV.

Amazing Stay on Concorde
Pros:

It was my first time in NYC, my wife came for the NRF event and I took the opportunity to join her and explore the city. Perfect hotel location, just a few blocks from Central Park, close to the subway station and basically you can do everything on foot. Away from the chaos of Times Square and in a nicer area of the city in my opinion.

The hotel is very good, the gym is top-notch, the room amenities as well. The housekeeper Angela did an excellent job and was super nice. The rest of the hotel staff too, from the receptionists to the doormen.

Across the street there's a good place for breakfast and around the block you can find everything.

A really cool feature of the hotel is that it has a workstation on the third floor, coffee and filtered mineral water available anytime.

Oh, the shower is really good and the hot water too, so bathing was wonderful.

Cons:

I do not have any complaints, everything was perfect.

Will book a different hotel next time just based on how we were treated during check-in. The couple

I like the location.

Cons:

I reserved a queen room and was given a room with two double beds - not ideal for my husband and me. View was not good. During check in, Desk attendant asked me if my husband was staying overnight with me when the reservation clearly stated two people and my husband and I were checking in together. That was very, very strange.

Perfect location and very nice
Pros:

I loved this hotel. Good price and great space. The very nice bathroom is a bonus. I loved the room was so quiet and I could rest well. I will return.
