Pros:

スタッフの方の対応はいつもとても良いと思います。
部屋の中も綺麗にして頂いていると思います。

Cons:

シャワーを浴びる際、温度調節が微妙に難しいと感じました。
温度調節機能のあるシャワーだとありがたいなと思いました。
たまたまかもしれませんが、エアコンを付けると臭いが若干気になりました。

同一日を誤って予約してしまい。変更がきかなかった。何度も懇願したがオランダオランダの返答で距離的理由で論点をすりかえられた感じがした。次の日にかえてくれと何度もお願いしたがかなわず。同一日を2部屋分の宿泊料金をとられました。はじめてこんな事がありました。また設定料金を高くなり部屋をかえないといけないといわれた夜勤で宿泊していたので連泊はかなわず、15時以降にチャックインではないといけないといわれふんだりけったりでした、ホテル側の対応で次第で今回の案件は宿泊者を困惑から解放することは容易に可能だと感じます。是非とも是正願ます。
