Great location, short walking distance to the plaza.
Breakfast was a bit disappointing and could be improved.
The staff
The swimming pool wasn’t open
Everything about this place was perfect. Locations. We walked everywhere. They also offered a free shuttle for places within a mile radius. We lucked out and got an end unit room with a patio. It was nice to just sit with the patio doors open. Bed comfy. Thermostat actually responded quickly and efficiently to changes in temp. There was even a filter in the vent! Some car noise in the morning around like 8-9 but that’s when the farmers market was going on other than that it was super quiet. We had a quick and light lunch at the hotel during their happy hour at 4pm. I would 100% stay again
Coffee available on each floor.
Shuttle service was great.
Coffee pot empty at 8 am.
Good food. Great location near all the major Santa Fe attractions. Pretty hotel common areas. Most of the employees were great. Free shuttle service into town.
Our room was tiny, faced a noisy street, and there were not enough luggage racks for guests, forcing us to make multiple trips to our car upon checkout. The clerk who checked us in was a bit surly.
We enjoyed live music each night. The hotel was surprisingly quiet each night. The staff in the restaurant were very friendly and we enjoyed the meals we purchased.
Our shower drain was semi-clogged and showering became a sort of “standing in water” experience. The window lever is broken in the living area of our Jr. suite so getting fresh air was difficult. We found it very difficult to regulate the “air” in the room. At times it was incredibly stuffy and hot. Having the “bedroom” window open helped a lot, but we wished we could regulate the air better with the fan/hvac. We were also very surprised by how dark the room was an it made reading very difficult. We were in room 316 and I truly hope this evaluation of our stay is taken seriously because I really believe in positive, honest feedback . We are generous tippers and positive people who enjoyed Santa Fe and paid for many experiences during our stay. I do want to admit that I had an allergic reaction the first fifteen minutes in our room and I wonder if it was the cleaning products you use or if a dog was actually staying in this”no dog” room. I want you to know also that we really loved the Ojibway Prayer you leave in the room. We celebrate love, compassion, and honor.
Love the building and grounds! Staff and food were wonderful.
Enjoyed everything.
Location, decor, ambience, staff, food. Rooms are beautiful and spacious.
Nothing
Just had one night in Santa Fe, and so glad we spent it here. The lobby and rooms were beautifully furnished. We had a traditional double guest room for 4 adults. It was set up very efficiently so that we had room for the luggage and enough table and chair space to all sit together to play cards (3 chairs, one sat on bed). There was a little balcony off our room, so we could enjoy the fresh air, although traffic noise was a bit loud sometimes. Dinner at the restaurant was outstanding. Don't skip the dessert! We did skip the breakfast as we had to leave early for the airport and $15 for a continental breakfast didn't seem worth it. But we appreciated the free coffee and tea available outside the elevators. Staff were all friendly and helpful.
