Super Lage, tolles Zimmer

A really well located modern hotel. Staff were super sweet and helpful. We did the breakfast included option and they were delicious. You can walk to most places and lots of restaurants around as well.
The location, the design, the beds, the shower, the staff.
I prefer western room but they were sold out. No coffee available in the room or at the “cooking station” on our floor. Just Matcha and herbal teas.
Tolles Gebäude mit super Design und Architektur. Teeküchen super. Freie Getränke.
Keine Fenster.
The Japanese style room is amazing, so spacious and comfortable
Sehr stylisch mit einem besonderen Konzept
Hatten ein Zimmer mit einem kleinen Fenster. Der Abstand zur nächsten Hauswand betrug 30 cm. Tageslicht gab es deshalb nicht wirklich.
Very clean, modern, and comfortable.
Liked everything but maybe the sound of the vent in the hallway was sort of loud.
interesting design of hotel and rooms with artworks dotted throughout the hotel. good central location within walking distance to sights. Nice lobby area with welcome drinks, especially liked the beer. The bathroom and tub is very nice with controllable lighting.
a lot more basic than you would expect. Design looked nice but yet not entirely functional.
- upon arrival had to do a digital self check-in which was rather frustrating after the journey to get to the hotel.
- no water in rooms and are told to travel to different floors to get filtered water if we wanted. Seems like a lot of work to stay in a hotel. Also no coffee, only tea.
- cups still had tea stains on them, from prev occupants.
- even though we were 2 occupants there was still 4 of everything from slippers to cups and such, from what i assume is a room designed for up to 4 - it was such things that pointed to a lack of attention to detail.
- the lighting in room was too harsh and directly pointed at our faces in bed… which gave us a headache every time we were in our room.
