We had a great 3 night stay at the Pan Pacific Hotel. We’ll definitely be back when we next visit Perth.
Pros:

We liked our spacious room, and the facilities. The bar was amazing for an afternoon cocktail & great food.
And the staff were all so friendly.

Great Hotel, rude front desk.
Pros:

Clean rooms, comfy beds and hot water to shower rather quickly which is uncommon for most places.

Cons:

A woman at reception that checked me in for Saturday night was very rude and made me feel unpleasant.

Modern, clean and well maintained with great service

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like was the protective bedding that was on the mattress which made the sheet slip around a bit and felt warm at times

Schönes und renoviertes Stadthotel
Pros:

Unser Zimmer ist renoviert, die Betten sind sehr gut, frühstück in der neu renovierten Club Lounge war sehr gut. Den kostenlosen Wasserspender fanden wir sehr gut. Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, insbesondere vom Team Concierge haben uns Juan und Omar sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend geholfen.

Cons:

Leider sind die Fenster außen sehr dreckig gewesen, was den wunderschönen Blick auf dem Swan River im wörtlichen Sinne getrübt hat.

I needed a nights rest because I had Fifo next day and it was definitely the best stay ever

Very immaculate, and the beds, pool had me on cloud 9

Cons:

Some of the cleaning staff didn’t understand English when I asked a question about washing and in my head I’m like hmm ohhh ok I could’ve sworn it’s 2026.
