The absolute worst experience we had ever had in a hotel
Pros:

We stayed here as we had stayed here before in Sept’24 and remembered how perfect the room and location was but the whole experience was ruined because in room 33, they had their own party which made it impossible for both me and my daughter to sleep - due to the excessive noise screaming and music at full blast!!!! we got up showered at 4:30 and left so disappointed as we did try to ring the number attached to let them know and there was no answer

In room 33 they had their own party from after 2am when we left at 5 am it was still in full swing. I couldn’t imagine that anybody else on that floor or level above them or below them had any sleep either
We drove to a large Starbucks that we were able to park up and had two hours sleep as that was actually easier to sleep in the car then it was in the hotel room! Absolutely disgusting that there was nobody to hold the people in number 33 accountable! And nobody to complain to. We were absolutely exhausted and the worst experience of a hotel room we had ever booked.
