Kindly note if the breakfast option is not chosen while booking, it will be GBP 15.00 per person per day to order upon arrival at the hotel.
Please note that parking spaces are limited and are on a first-come, first-served basis and cost GBP 10 per car per day. Parking can be reserved and guaranteed for an additional cost of GBP 20.00 per car per day.
Early check-in between 12:00 and 15:00 is subject to availability by prior request with the property and for an additional fee of GBP 10 per hour. Check-in before 12:00 will incur a fee equal to the full room rate (subject to availability).
Late check-out between 11:00 and 14:00 is subject to availability by prior arrangement with the property and for an additional fee of GBP 10 per hour. Check out after 14:00 will incur a fee equal to the full room rate (subject to availability).
When booking more than 10 bed nights, different policies and additional supplements may apply as cancelation policy is 28 days prior to arrival, after which payment is due and the booking becomes nonrefundable.
Food is served in the Star Bar or alternatively, in your room from 6.00pm - 9.00pm, Mondays to Thursdays. Unfortunately the hotel does not offer food after breakfast on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays; the team is happy to recommend eateries in the local vicinity.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Breakfast was excelent. Used the spa, but suprised you have to go outside to get into it, changing rooms too small and Shower was hanging off the wall so made it look a bit tatty. Staff all very courteous and helpful

£100 fine for leaving the car park 10 minutes late, not one staff member explained this to us whilst checking in or out lost a good customer as will never stay here again .
The location is excellent. Good that it has parking £10 for our overnight stay. Staff really friendly. Really clean and super comfy huge bed! Breakfast included was great. Powerful shower. Proper mugs for a cuppa!
Needs some TLC as some parts of room and corridors very dated but a big hotel so understand cost.

It was close to the shops/restaurants, the pool and steam room were lovely, and breakfast was excellent with lots of choice! Michelle who checked us in was very lovely and couldn't do enough for us.... And it was only £10 for overnight parking, which I consider cheap compared to other hotels!

Very dated decor. Mediocre breakfast.
We were awoken at 4am by a noise that sounded like a helicopter landing on the room. We were unable to get back to sleep because the noise was so loud. It sounded like a fan or a generator.
When I complained at checkout the receptionist said I should have come down and they could have changed our room.
I emailed to complain and initially didn’t get a response (twice) but eventually got a reply from the deputy manager saying that the noise must have been outside the hotel as they don’t have any fans or generators.
We were offered a discount on subsequent stays.
We wouldn’t stay here again.
