Kindly note if the breakfast option is not chosen while booking, it will be GBP 15.00 per person per day to order upon arrival at the hotel.

Please note that parking spaces are limited and are on a first-come, first-served basis and cost GBP 10 per car per day. Parking can be reserved and guaranteed for an additional cost of GBP 20.00 per car per day.

Early check-in between 12:00 and 15:00 is subject to availability by prior request with the property and for an additional fee of GBP 10 per hour. Check-in before 12:00 will incur a fee equal to the full room rate (subject to availability).

Late check-out between 11:00 and 14:00 is subject to availability by prior arrangement with the property and for an additional fee of GBP 10 per hour. Check out after 14:00 will incur a fee equal to the full room rate (subject to availability).

When booking more than 10 bed nights, different policies and additional supplements may apply as cancelation policy is 28 days prior to arrival, after which payment is due and the booking becomes nonrefundable.

Food is served in the Star Bar or alternatively, in your room from 6.00pm - 9.00pm, Mondays to Thursdays. Unfortunately the hotel does not offer food after breakfast on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays; the team is happy to recommend eateries in the local vicinity.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Easy and as expected
Pros:

Excellent facilities, very clean. Waiting staff in restaurant very professional and food was delicious. Reception staff were very friendly and professional.

Cons:

No complaints at all.

Great hotel, great location.
Pros:

Great location. Good-sized room with plenty of seating and desk space. Very clean. Very friendly staff. The parking was no problem, but we stayed mid-week. The breakfast was good but when it was busy there seemed to be a wait for more cooked food.

Cons:

There is no air conditioning in the rooms, but a fan is provided. It was fine when we stayed because the weather wasn't hot. The window had limited opening (for safety), so on a hot night a fan might not be enough.

Pleasant and adequate location did it for us.
Pros:

Location was excellent. Room was adequate. Had a meal on the first night which was very good and the staff were excellent. Breakfast good

Cons:

Very disappointed with the size of the pool etc. On our stay the sauna and steam room were closed for maintenance and although we were assured that they would be open during our stay this did not happen. Staff in this area were pretty bleak to be honest.

Excellent is every respect
Pros:

The breakfasts were delicious with good options catering for all tastes. The attending staff were pleasant and accommodating and we really enjoyed it. When we booked out we had a lovely conversation with Michelle who embodied everything you’d wish to see from a staff member, chatty, smiling and very helpful with some questions we had. She made our minds up that we definitely want to come back.

Cons:

Nothing really. One lift was not working but that was a very minor issue and don’t bother us.

Great location for the town centre decor a little bit tired breakfast good value

Pros:

Excellent location. Warm, comfortable room. Parking availability. Pleasant staff. Varied breakfast.

Cons:

Parking quite pricey. Breakfast all there but fried eggs and bacon been there too long and dry as a result.

Really great hotel, room and beds super comfy, fantastic hot powerful shower, only negative was a bit of outside noise.
Pros:

Lovely staff. Everything very clean. Great central location.

Cons:

Room was at the front, with a bit of noise from the Worcester revellers, stayed on a lively Saturday night.

Lovely hotel close to everything perfect for whatever required. Would recommend this hotel and will definitely be return
Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff, the check in and out process was brilliant. we were able to leave our bags at the hotel after we had completed checkout
