Please note that parking spaces are limited and are on a first-come, first-served basis and cost GBP 10 per car per day. Parking can be reserved and guaranteed for an additional cost of GBP 20.00 per car per day.
Early check-in between 12:00 and 15:00 is subject to availability by prior request with the property and for an additional fee of GBP 10 per hour. Check-in before 12:00 will incur a fee equal to the full room rate (subject to availability).
Late check-out between 11:00 and 14:00 is subject to availability by prior arrangement with the property and for an additional fee of GBP 10 per hour. Check out after 14:00 will incur a fee equal to the full room rate (subject to availability).
When booking more than 10 bed nights, different policies and additional supplements may apply as cancelation policy is 28 days prior to arrival, after which payment is due and the booking becomes nonrefundable.
Food is served in the Star Bar or alternatively, in your room from 6.00pm - 9.00pm, Mondays to Thursdays. Unfortunately the hotel does not offer food after breakfast on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays; the team is happy to recommend eateries in the local vicinity.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The hotel is perfectly located for exploring Worcester.
The room was at the rear of the hotel, as requested by me, and was very quiet. There was a most unexpected leather office chair in the room, which I found most comfortable in the early hours of the morning processing photographs from the Worcester Music Festival.
Breakfast was excellent, as always and the restaurant staff friendly and helpful, as were all staff on this trip.
The lounge area is very comfortable - I wish I'd had more time to use it!
Car parking spaces are not cramped - essential when you have a lot of gear to unload.
The hotel could do with some refurbishment and in my room at least, the toilet and the hand basin were competing for space...
The new payment system for car parking is a faff and the card payment screen is all but unreadable.
Extremely welcoming and lovely reception lady and every member of staff who we met was so happy, energetic and polite.
Our room was stunning.
The bed was really comfy with such a cozy mattress.
The bathroom was spacious with a big deep bath that filled within minutes!!

You could hear loud music coming through the bathroom wall late on in the evening and very early in the morning.
Pillows weee a tad uncomfortable, slightly hard and added to the only 3 hours sleep I got.
Remote to TV was missing the battery cover and made me keep thinking the batteries were going to fall out.

Feels old, lifts carpet etc. No air conditioning, parking was not included! I have used this hotel many times for work (Worcester Bosch) and I’ve never had Parkinson an extra cost!
Nice friendly hotel right in the town, spacious rooms, parking, good value.
The soap dispenser in the bathroom was above my head and I had to stand on toip toe to hang the towels on the back of the door. In adequate places for wet towels.
There was no provision for dinner apart from a miserable bar menu.

All of it , very strange hotel, mainly catering for coach parties.
The layout is all wrong.
Nice clean room. Very comfy bed. Was great to have a bath which filled really quickly with piping hot water. Also lovely breakfast. Loads of choice and really tasty.
