Kindly note if the breakfast option is not chosen while booking, it will be GBP 15.00 per person per day to order upon arrival at the hotel.

Please note that parking spaces are limited and are on a first-come, first-served basis and cost GBP 10 per car per day. Parking can be reserved and guaranteed for an additional cost of GBP 20.00 per car per day.

Early check-in between 12:00 and 15:00 is subject to availability by prior request with the property and for an additional fee of GBP 10 per hour. Check-in before 12:00 will incur a fee equal to the full room rate (subject to availability).

Late check-out between 11:00 and 14:00 is subject to availability by prior arrangement with the property and for an additional fee of GBP 10 per hour. Check out after 14:00 will incur a fee equal to the full room rate (subject to availability).

When booking more than 10 bed nights, different policies and additional supplements may apply as cancelation policy is 28 days prior to arrival, after which payment is due and the booking becomes nonrefundable.

Food is served in the Star Bar or alternatively, in your room from 6.00pm - 9.00pm, Mondays to Thursdays. Unfortunately the hotel does not offer food after breakfast on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays; the team is happy to recommend eateries in the local vicinity.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Hotel was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. No Aircon made it unbearable to sleep.

Nice hotel
Pros:

Good location, lots to do, friendly staff, very clean, bedrooms are big and spacious. Lovely hotel.

Cons:

Stopped for one night, in hot weather. Had to have windows open but our room was on the main road, so had no sleep due to all the noise outside all night. Bar was shut before 11:30pm when it was meant to be open till 12am. Breakfast was not good, all lot of options but not worth £15pp, it would be better and cheaper to eat out.

Cons:

No AC.

One Lift was very dim and had a very concerning mechanical noise when in use. The other didn’t know which floor it was and kept saying overloaded with just two people and a baby.

Stained pillow.

Albeit payment for the hotel car park is made know. It is still disappointing you have to pay especially at £110 per night

Great location, amazing staff, lovely hotel
Pros:

Perfect location, staff were so lovely. Comfortable bed, huge room!

Cons:

Very dated, wardrobe had wood peeling completely off. Everything just needs a bit of a revamp. Foyer stairs carpet really tatty. Bit warm in the room, they provided a fan but in this summer weather it's still very hot

Good hotel in good location with very friendly staff
Pros:

Parking. Hotel close to Worcester centre, and Foregate Station, if coming by train. Easy walk to racecourse, cricket ground and Cathedral. Good Breakfast; eggs a little hard-had probably been under the hotplate for a while.

Cons:

Only a sheet on the Bed. The room actually felt a little cold at 2 in the morning

Lovely welcoming staff
Pros:

The reception were very friendly and explained everything we needed to know. The room was very clean and the bed so comfy had a lovely sleep. Breakfast was amazing and again staff very pleasant.

Cons:

Nothing really at all but would say room was quite dark when all lights on.
