Kindly note if the breakfast option is not chosen while booking, it will be GBP 15.00 per person per day to order upon arrival at the hotel.
Please note that parking spaces are limited and are on a first-come, first-served basis and cost GBP 10 per car per day. Parking can be reserved and guaranteed for an additional cost of GBP 20.00 per car per day.
Early check-in between 12:00 and 15:00 is subject to availability by prior request with the property and for an additional fee of GBP 10 per hour. Check-in before 12:00 will incur a fee equal to the full room rate (subject to availability).
Late check-out between 11:00 and 14:00 is subject to availability by prior arrangement with the property and for an additional fee of GBP 10 per hour. Check out after 14:00 will incur a fee equal to the full room rate (subject to availability).
When booking more than 10 bed nights, different policies and additional supplements may apply as cancelation policy is 28 days prior to arrival, after which payment is due and the booking becomes nonrefundable.
Food is served in the Star Bar or alternatively, in your room from 6.00pm - 9.00pm, Mondays to Thursdays. Unfortunately the hotel does not offer food after breakfast on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays; the team is happy to recommend eateries in the local vicinity.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Helpful friendly staff- Ruhan(?) was especially lovely! Very convenient location next to station and in city centre. Spacious reception for meeting friends and storing luggage. Large comfortable room.
Stuffy hot bedroom with minimal opening window and no air-con, so we needed fan on all night in this hot weather. Sleep was made more difficult by the endless shrieking of gulls outside!
A good gym.
We were in the hotel on as warm day and the room was unbearably hot. With just a small fan and only being able to open the door a couple of inches there was no way to cool it down and we had no sleep. The quality of breakfast ingredients was also poor. Hotel seems in need of a makeover.

Rooms a good size and very clean
Upon arrival the automated car parking machine by reception was dysfunctional although reception did take payment.
Although the breakfast was good the absence of milk upon arrival was rather strange.
Close to Town
The receptionist didn’t know what they where doing, took money out of my credit card just for pre Authorise, said no money would be taken out to find out they took £50.00 now having a battle with the bank. Also on a VERY HOT DAY the bar doesn’t open till 4pm, and closes at 10pm. This is a hotel.

One small issue they didn't refill tea and coffee sugar in room
I miss little toiletries dont like the wall dispensers .
Room was perfectly comfortable, the shower was great and supplied gel was passable. Towels were clean.
Evening food was good, served in the bar after restaurant closed. Breakfast was exceptionally good with selection of Gluten free products
No air-con although a standard fan was supplied.
The shelf above toilet and sink was tatty. not secured after maintenance as the mastic had been cut for access but remained, attracting dirt!.
Opening the window made the room warmer and there was a view of other properties. Young seagulls were screeching below, that was nice!
Attending a Motorbike Rally locally, every bike even though there were for in one car slot was charged as in individual. That is just plain profiteering and not good.
Very good food great and pipping hot
Sadly the room was very warm ( no fault of hotel we came when it was 36 degrees) I owned a new hotel in Ireland for few years and we had air conditioning throughout the building that’s one thing I would do is fit out rooms in stages over a few years
Right in the centre of the town with the train and a Tesco opposite. The cathedral and beautiful river ten minutes walk away
