Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

Heritage Charges (Caj Warisan) will be changed to RM5 per room, per day starting 1st January 2025 onwards and are applicable to all 4-star hotels and resorts.

For Prestigious Events, a charge of RM10 per night will apply during Langkawi International Maritime & Aerospace (LIMA), Le Tour De Langkawi, Ironman, and Oceanman Malaysia.

'Guests who book the Santapan Kampung room type are entitled to a local buffet dinner featuring traditional Malaysian cuisine during the fasting month.

Half Board Dinner is provided as a set menu and is applicable only for the number of paid guests included in the reservation.'Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Decent price for an overnight stay before going to the airport.

Cons:

Needs a renovation. AC was loud and ineffective, bathroom was visibly worn and dirty, windows were so dirty you could barely see out.

Pros:

The breakfast spread was tooo good. Too many items to choose from. Pool was good as well. Location is just beside the airport,best place in case of location.

Cons:

There was a bit of smell in the rooms and the roads leading to the room.
Though the room size were big but the taps etc of bathroom were old.
You will need to ask for clean towels and clean cups if you stay multiple days.

Hôtel très sympa
Pros:

Hôtel très sympa , super piscine et personnel très sympa
Petit dej plutôt correct mais comme beaucoup d’hôtels à l’étranger il est très orienté salé.
Très proche de l aéroport, il y a une navette gratuite mais si elle n’est pas là n’attendez pas et allez-y à pied (5 min )

Cons:

Loin de tout il faut prendre un Grab à la moindre sortie
Il existe une navette pour la plage de cenang mais il n’y a que 10 places pour tout l’hôtel et la 1ere navette de la journée est à 18h

disappointing as i felt catfished by the photos on booking and reviews
Cons:

I do not want to be harsh but i did not like much about the place. There was a bad smell in the rooms and the mould in the rooms. Check in was not smooth as there was confusion and we were sent to the wrong rooms twice.

Nearly perfect 👌
Pros:

Great location in walking distance of airport

Cons:

No water station . Always travel with a metal bottle but has to buy 6 plastic bottles during overnight stay (dehydrated after flight) bad for the environment & my bank balance
