From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

Heritage Charges (Caj Warisan) will be changed to RM5 per room, per day starting 1st January 2025 onwards and are applicable to all 4-star hotels and resorts.

Pros:

La réactivité du personnel, toujours présent pour régler les problèmes quelqu'ils soient. Le petit déjeuner buffet est immense avec des goûts pour toutes les nationalités. Il est à 5 min à pieds de l'aéroport mais nous n'entendons absolument pas les avions de la chambre car c'est très bien isolé, et très peu de la piscine, cela reste un petit aéroport. Les lits ont tendance à être très ferme en Malaisie, pas dans cet hôtel où ils étaient moelleux !

I left a tub of face cream in the bathroom. I realised a couple of hours after leaving the hotel and contacted them straightaway. Housekeeping said they didn’t find it.

Als Hotel zum Umsteigen, oder auch am Ende einer langen Anreise optimal geeignet. 1-2 Tage einfach am Pool liegen und ausruhen. Aber auch nicht mehr und nicht weniger. Das Personal ist überaus nett, freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Das Haus, sowie die Anlage und dern Garten sind schon etwas älter und brauchen "ständige Pflege". Das sieht man auch sofort im Detail. Aber die Verantwortlichen nicht. Es sind die vielen Dinge im Detail, die dann einen allgemein unprofessionellen Eindruck hinterlassen.
Schon beim Eingang an der sogenannten "Rezeption". Der erste Eindruck eines Hotels! Hier vermisst man sofort die repräsentative Checkin Reception.... diese hier sieht eher aus wie ein Beratungs- Pult an einem Messestand.
Die Zimmer sind sehr groß, zweckmäßig eingerichtet und sauber. Das Bad ist auf dem Stand der Zeit. Bodenebene Dusche, zwar mit einer Einstiegskante, aber was solls.
Am Pool fühlt man sich wohl, aber auch hier hängt es sofort am Detail. Man hängt sein Shirt über die Liege und es ist reif für die Wäsche. Alle Liegen sind staubig und schmutzig, seit Wochen und Monaten nicht gesäubert und gereinigt.
Auch hier könnte mal modernisiert werden. Der moderne Wasserfall lässt einen sofort in einen meditativen Schlaf fallen. Das Rauschen ist sehr beruhigend.
Unser Abendessen hat geschmeckt und der Preis war in Ordnung.
Das morgendliche Frühstücksbuffet sah zunächst beeindruckend aus. Da bleiben keine Wünsche offen.
Aber auch hier. Wenn man schon offene Stände zur Selbstbedieung einrichtet, sollte man auch darauf achten, diese ständig besetzt zu halten. Krähenvögel frassen das Essen aus den Töpfen, und die Gäste sahen belustigt zu.
Alles in allem kann man das Hotel empfehlen, wenn man mit diesen kleinen Details keine Probleme hat. Trotzdem sollten diese von Seiten der Führung abgesellt werden.

Pros:

Ik verbleef hier samen met me dochter. Ze vond dit een top resort. We hadden half pensioen en dat was tog heel fijn. Je appte hun van je bent om 19.00 uur in de resort en je eten stond voor je klaar. Locatie ook super want we hadden een motor geregeld. En het is naast de airport maar je hebt er geen last van.
