good for a short stay but lacks toilet essentials and no hot shower
Pros:

spacious and kettle was provided for our coffee and hot water

Cons:

no hot shower. Water runs out on our 4th day. No TV. No toiletries(soap/shampoo/toiletpaper, no mineral water provided etc) No bfast and no cleaning and towel replacement

Disgusting!!
Pros:

Location was deep into a not so safe neighborhood and property was behind gate with barking dogs all night.

Cons:

Cock roaches in the bathroom 1 dead in toilet bowl and 3 flying around the room in the dark. The booking website said they accepted VISA and once we got there and booked 7 rooms for family… big family, THEY REFUSED TO ACCEPT VISA ONLY CASH OR GCASH. WE WERE NOT HAPPY AT ALL WAS DISGUSTING DIRTY PLACE. I WAS EMBARRASSED AND DIDNT SLEEP ALL NIGHT. MY WIFE WOULD NOT USE THE BATHROOM DUE TO THE COCK ROACHES. 🪳

I paid for 1500 plus and yet have not enjoyed my stay. I wanted to watch tv and enjoy the hot warm shower but I am so disappointed toilet eas dirty and broken bowl.

I'll never book this place again and neither should you
Pros:

The only thing I liked was the price of the accommodation. But after doing some research I could have booked something better.

Google maps shows this hotel in 2 different locations.
I believe this is to fool the customer into thinking it is located on the highway.
Meanwhile it is actually located in the back waters of Lapasan and wrongly placed even at that.
Zero Taxi drivers could ever find this place .
But meanwhile the Carendaria opposite the hotel is perfectly placed on Google maps .

Cons:

Absolutely everything from the stained mattress to the inadequate aircon (which had a filthy filter in it.
To the strange sticky brown liquid on the inside of the door to the insects which had invaded the room including a poisonous millipede which are known to harm .
Check in was "Dull"
Check out "couldn't find anyone to check me out"

Pros:

Accommodating lady staff who lend us her personal electric fan

Cons:

1. Location not good, it is situated in the middle of the neighborhood. You need to ride a habal or motor tricycle going to Plaza (Park) and there you can only get a taxi.

2. I met the front desk staff only at check in time. No regular front desk staff in place.

3.Room too small and hot even if there is an air-condition unit in the room. Too hot that my daughter end up sleeping on the floor.

4.No decent restaurants nearby.

5. The way to the hotel is too narrow and lots of neighborhood/residents loitering around. It's just scary.
