It is a good place to stay in
Pros:

Mariam is the best (breakfast doing)
The receptionists are gentle and helpful
It is quite no disturbance at night
Near taksim square so you can take the bus or metro easily

Cons:

The breakfast should be more diverse

اهم ملاحظة اضعها لبوكينج خاصه ظهر الفندق ضمن تصنيفاتنا لفنادق خمسة نجوم لذلك لم اتوقع انه اقل من المستوى بكثير
ارجوا من المسؤلين على الموقع المصداقية وعدم تمرير فنادق تخالف رغبات الباحثين...
في مايخص الفندق
اولا عدم المصداقية كان طلبي من خلال الموقع توفير غرف في الادوار العلوية وتم الرد بتوفر الغرفة ولكن عند وصولنا اعطونا الدور الاول و الغرفه صغيره مقارنه بباقي الغرف

الفطور متكرر كل الايام يدون اي تغيير

خدمه الغرف كانت اقامتنا 8 ايام والصابون والشامبوهات منتهيه من وقت دخولنا ولم يتم تعبئتها حتى اخر يوم
والتنظيف سطحي لدوره المياة
ايضا يومين متتاليه عندما نعود للغرفه نجدها مفتوحه بعد خدمه الغرف لا يتم التاكد من اقفال الباب بعد الانتهاء من التنظيف

صاحب الفندق تحدث بلغة غير مفهومه بان العرب سبب للمشاكل هذا عمل غير مهني وغير لائق لمالك الفندق رغم اننا كنا نتاكد من طلباتنا فقط في اول الحجز

A truly pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff are exceptionally friendly, helpful, and genuinely focused on making guests feel welcome. From arrival to departure, everything was handled with care and attention. The assistance with luggage was excellent, and the coffee served was of great quality. In a time where true hospitality is becoming rare, this hotel stands out. Highly recommended.

Great hotel in the Taksim area
Pros:

This hotel is one of the best budget rated hotels around the Taksim area. Must stay if you’re visiting for a week. The staff has been great especially Meryem who is very kind and helpful in the cafeteria which serves great breakfast every morning and Ovais on Reception desk. Would definitely recommend to stay here. Check in and check out was quick and easy. Hotel is located very close to the bus stop to both the airports and 5 mins walk to Taksim square. Comfy beds and great rooms.

Meriem est la meilleure niveau accueil niveau humain très belle personne adorable ! "visible stains" on linens, "mold in the bathroom," or a "musty, damp smell" that wouldn't go away. Broken air conditioner and nasty staff.

Cons:

Our stay was a total nightmare. The staff were unprofessional and hostile, reaching a peak when they inexplicably canceled our reservation in the middle of the night and forced us out onto the street immediately
