Rapport qualité/prix ok. Je préférerai payer plus cher pour meilleur confort à l'avenir.
Pros:

Situation très proche de Taksim et des transports.
Gentillesse et disponibilité du personnel au déjeuner et à l'accueil.
Déjeuner compris correct mais idem chaque jour.
Douche chaude et abondante.
Chambre rafraichie chaque jour.

Cons:

Tout est cassé, douche, patères, tv, liseuses, téléphone (comme tout dans la ville...).
Il faut demander de tout réparer dès le premier jour, ce qu'ils ont fait en partie.

Good location in Taksim with a short walk to many attractions from the art museum to shopping areas.
Pros:

Bed was comfortable, nice clean room, glad to have a safe. Staff were helpful, kind and helped organise a driver for us. Wifi was good.

Cons:

A good exhaust fan in the bathroom would be great. Maybe adding fresh fruit and muesli to the breakfast line up would be good.

Everything was perfect
Pros:

I would like to express my complete satisfaction with our stay at this hotel (15 days). Everything was perfect from start to finish. The hotel stands out for its excellent cleanliness, great location, and especially the calm and peaceful atmosphere, which made our vacation even more enjoyable.
We were two, my girlfriend and I, and we received a very warm welcome. The entire team is professional, attentive, and always available. Every request we made was handled quickly and efficiently, which we really appreciated. The breakfast was also very good, with a wide and varied selection to suit all tastes.
A special thanks to Mahi, Ali, Ouais, and Ahmed for their kindness, friendliness, and excellent service. We also want to thank all the staff, without exception, for making our stay so memorable.
Thanks to this hotel, our vacation was truly flawless. We would be happy to come back and highly recommend this establishment without hesitation!

Raport calitate - preț, a fost ok. Nu te poți aștepta la servicii VIP, la prețul pe care îl are camera.

Cons:

Recomand mai multa atenție la curățenie, în special, lenjerii, prosoape....

7 min to Taksim Square. Basic rooms. Breakfast really ok.

7 min walk from Taksim square. Breakfast is really ok. Turkish cay and different cheese, olives, fresh tomato etc.
Is was very central. In the area are a lot of other hotel, small stores, coiffeur etc
Bed was good. I slept well and that’s the main thing at a hotel room.

Cons:

It noisy, but was so. The bathroom smelled a bit, nothing you can’t fix opening the window. Bathroom could be maintained better. TV didn’t work. No big thing, I was here to visit the town and not to watch TV.

Pros:

We were very pleased with suggestions on tourist attractions the receptionists have given us during our stay. Food and beverage staff was very helpful and kind.

Cons:

The fact that we weren't proposed with a cheaper and still viable taxi transfer from the airport. As an advice to always give customers a choice (paying 60€ for the VIP or 40€ for the non-VIP service)
