Pros:

The staff was verry helpful and friendly, they attended to all of our requests. The front of the house staff made sure when we asked to go somewhere they made sure we went to all places safely. The staff that cleaned our rooms made sure we had all of the comforts of home . The breakfast was nice and orderly.

Pros:

Posizione comoda per piazza Taksim. Camera da 3 piuttosto ampia. Al terzo piano una terrazza dove, anche se non con veduta mozzafiato, è stato piacevole trascorrere del tempo in relax con una bevanda fresca. Personale gentile, in particolare il ragazzo della reception dell'altro albergo Endless Comfort che abbiamo conosciuto la mattina (assomiglia a Rami Malek, l'attore) al momento della colazione. Ambiente pulito anche se a primo impatto il bagno non sembra (v. sotto). Nel complesso qualità/prezzo 👍👍

Cons:

Colazione da fare in un altro albergo, dello stesso proprietario, poco distante: in estate non è un problema, in inverno un po' scomodo. Sauna e bagno turco indicati in descrizione non ci sono stati segnalati al check in e noi non abbiamo chiesto, quindi non so se siano operativi. Nella nostra stanza, bagno e frigorifero richiedono qualche intervento più per impatto visivo perché la funzionalità c'è ma danno impressione di trascuratezza. TV non utilizzabile perché i telecomandi sono senza pile

El personal era muy amable y el hotel es súper barato encima ofrecen un buen desayuno, me sorprendió por ese precio

Highly recommend the place
Pros:

First of all what makes our staying for a week pleasant and satisfying are both yehia and sameh, they are both helpful and professional.my children and I would recommend the hotel and always ask for samih And yehia for advise how to take transportation and places to visit .

Cons:

Air-conditioning was not reliable sometimes work while other days will not .we were told it's something to do with the system other than that there are no problems

На первый взгляд все неплохо. Рядом с метро, рядом много мест где можно поесть. Приятный персонал, видно что они стараются. Завтрак вполне хороший, но каждый день одно и то же, а омлет всегда остывший.

Cons:

Уставшие номера, сантехника. Все хочется то ли отмыть, то ли заменить. В номере была целая отдельная кухня, т.е. полезная площадь занята кучей шкафов, но она лишь частично функциональна, работал только холодильник и чайник. Посуды нет вообще, кроме кофейных чашек. В трехместном номере 2 стула. Третий человек видимо должен стоять. Неудобные низкие подушки. Матрас с пятнами. Постельное белье чистое, но с дырками. Полотенца посеревшие. В целом пару ночей переночевать можно, но второй раз я бы там не остановилась.

The surrounding area felt quite dirty, and you can probably find better accommodation if you don’t mind walking a little farther. The breakfast was served cold and was exactly the same every day.

During our stay, the hotel experienced a technical issue, so guests were asked to have breakfast at one of their other branches. Unfortunately, that location was not properly prepared to accommodate guests, and the dining area had uncomfortable tables. On one of the days, there wasn’t even a warm breakfast available.

Overall, the experience was disappointing, especially considering the breakfast and the inconvenience caused by the technical problems.

Небольшой отель в центральной части Стамбула. До площади Taksim можно дойти минут за 5. Номера хорошие с большими удобными кроватями. Шум с улицы конечно слышен, но там не очень часто ходят, нет больших кафе. ночью спали спокойно. Завтрак вкусным не показался, но вполне можно что-то себе выбрать. были и овощи-фрукты, нарезка колбасы и сыра, выпечка, хлопья. На ресепшен приятные сотрудники, спасибо
