Super value in the heart of Taksim
Pros:

1. Ali at the front desk. He was courteous and accommodating. He offered us a complimentary breakfast when we landed early for our stay at the hotel and let us check out later than the specified time.
2. The breakfast. It was quite a spread, fresh and the person manning the counter even made us Turkish coffee on request.
3. The location, close to Taksim Square, was excellent. It made public transport such as Metro and funicular very accessible. The proximity to shopping street Istiklal Caddesi is quite a bonus.
4. The daily cleaning service ensures rooms are fresh when you return to the hotel every day.

Great quality for price

Pros:

Staff was very friendly

Cons:

The room are not very clean, food is not enough if you don't get early. Took them 2 days and a half to fox the hot water. Elevator is very slow. Room service keep the trash bin half loaded.

Exceptional Management & Hospitality
Pros:

I have stayed at many hotels, but this hotel truly stands out because of the people behind it.

A special thank you to Yahya, the manager. He is a professional, intelligent, and highly attentive manager who clearly understands how hospitality should be done. His presence makes a real difference. He manages the hotel with confidence, professionalism, and genuine care for both the guests and his team.

The reception staff are excellent — welcoming, respectful, helpful, and always ready to assist. What impressed me most is that the positive atmosphere is not limited to one or two employees; you can genuinely feel that the staff are comfortable, motivated, and treated well. And when the staff are happy, the guests feel it immediately.

The way the guests are treated here is exceptional. You feel welcomed rather than simply checked in. The service feels personal, professional, and sincere.

Yahya deserves special recognition for creating and maintaining this level of hospitality. A smart and capable manager can make a huge difference to a hotel, and this is clearly the case here.

I came to Istanbul and stayed here because of the people, and honestly, I would come back again for the same reason.

Highly recommended.
