Für einen kurzen Trip perfekt
Pros:

Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr bemüht unser Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Die Lage war top.

Central, clean and very friendly staff
Pros:

Location is great. Cleanliness is top notch, staff is very helpful and responsive prior to the arrival. I booked the hotel transfer which was very convenient

Left within 30 minutes — worst booking decision, but leaving was the best decision I made.
Pros:

Honestly, nothing. I left within 30 minutes of checking in because the experience was extremely uncomfortable.

Cons:

The property gave me depression. In the pictures, the rooms look normal and reasonably sized, but in reality they are extremely small and feel very cramped. It was quite shocking when I saw it in person.

The mattress was also very uncomfortable — not soft at all — which made it impossible to feel relaxed even for a short stay. On top of that, the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt very depressing, uncomfortable and unsafe. It did not feel welcoming at all.

I had booked and paid for 5 nights (around $400), but I couldn’t stay even 30 minutes and had to leave immediately. I ended up booking another hotel the same day just to have peace of mind. Losing that money was frustrating, but staying there would have been worse.

I would strongly recommend others to be cautious, as the reality of this place does not match what is shown online.

Pros:

Чисто, тепло, комфортно . Вода горячая есть, без проблем. Телевизор, чайник, бесплатно чай, кофе, вода в бутылках, холодильник. Температура батареи регулируется, если вам жарко или холодно.

Cons:

Вид из окна. При бронировании было указано, что окна нет, но оно было , с видом на стену. На вид без разницы, но было шумно из-за трубы ( наверное). И сама звукоизоляция в отеле оставляет желать лучшего. В первую ночь через один номер хохотали и болтали девчонки до часу ночи.кто-то курил, хотя везде написано, не курить. Вторая ночь прошла тихо, видимо постояльцев на этаже не было. На третью ночь кто-то пел песни. Но когда нагуляешься по городу, то шума практически не слышишь.

Family holiday
Pros:

Staff were lovely. They were extremely helpful in helping us plan our local exploration.
Very convenient and close by to Taksim square.

Cons:

It was a pity that we didn't get to explore the roof terrace as it was under refurbishment.
