Absolutely fabulous!!
Pros:

Location was superb - stunning Italian restaurant 50 metres away on the opposite side of the road. Amazing sushi restaurant next door. Canals 2 minutes walk away but yet very quiet location. Breakfast was amazing, we were lucky enough to get upgraded to room 500 and it was more of an apartment so it was huge. Absolutely would recommend this hotel.

Cons:

There was nothing we did not like - the only slight improvement (and this is not the fault of the hotel) the maps of the tram are out of date - apparently they are waiting for the council to update. That was the only piece that could be better - but even at that I am being picky

On the whole an ideal location. Very near to the ancient centre of Ghent. Lots to see and enjoy.
Pros:

Very quiet location. The temporary garden hotel was tucked away off the road. We had garden rooms with our own front doors. Great breakfast and good coffee .

Cons:

The lighting system took a bit of working out as rooms quite dark. The shower from the upstairs room was very loud.

Room was on a loft. the bathtub was under the ceiling slope making it strange to find a suitable position to shower.
Bed was very comfortable.
Breakfast was very good with a nice variety of choices.

Zeker aanrader voor wie dicht bij het centrum wilt overnachten maar toch rustig wilt slapen

Personeel super vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Pas om 11h00 moeten uitchecken.
Kamers zijn goed geïsoleerd en airco werkt goed.
Badkamer met bad en goedwerkende douche.

Cons:

Douchegel/shampoo was leeg....
Vermeld bij het uitchecken en gingen ze dadelijk in orde brengen.
Interieur was nogal klassiek.

Cons:

Notre chambre était sous les toits, il faisait donc très chaud malgré la climatisation. De plus nos fenêtres donnaient sur le système de collation de l’hôtel. Nous avons eu beaucoup de bruit et les voisins ont en plus été également très bruyants.

A very spacious and comfortable sanctuary in the heart of Ghent.
Pros:

Great breakfast selections. Dining area can get busy so early breakfast (8am) recommended. The hotel is very well located close to the old centre of the city with many bars and restaurants in walking distance.

Cons:

Everything was excellent. Hard to find a negative.
