Pros:

The hotel was in a good location, reasonable priced

Cons:

Last day the receptionist got us a taxi to the airport and came out to make sure we had the right ride. The taxi charged me £500 to the airport instead of £40. They said they'll refund me and that never happened. And that left a sour taste about my experience with Celal Sultan Hotel.

Pros:

The place exceeded my expectations. Big thanks you manager Kerem, super nice, professional and very accommodating. I was flighting 4 am to Istanbul, was thinking I can just walk around the city until check in time, but he was able to provide the room at 6am so I can sleep. Location is perfect walking distance to main tourist spots with a lot of bars/ restaurants around. Definitely coming back

Beautiful hotel
Pros:

The place was nice and clean.The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful.We enjoyed our stay st the hotel we wouldn’t mind going back.

Pros:

Molto centrale, vicinissimo ad Agia Sophia e alla Moschea Blu ma in una strada tranquilla. Stanze molto ampie e comode, dalla nostra vista sui minareti. Colazione al buffet molto abbondante e varia con dolce salato e frutta. Personale cortese (abbiamo fatto check in molto tardi e lasciato bagaglio il giorno della partenza per riprenderlo nel pomeriggio prima di trasferirci in aereoporto)

Cons:

Arredamento delle stanze moderno ma abbastanza asettico.

Lovely stuff, and great location!
Pros:

The stuff at the hotel were fantastic. Extremely helpful and professional. They arranged for us activities, booked taxis to the airport (I would totally recommend to book any taxis through them and not though the apps like Bitaksi as they are a lot of shady drivers). But the driver they booked for us was excellent, professional, and charged us reasonably.
Also the breakfast was very nice and of good quality and variety, the room was very clean as well and the location was excellent just 5 mins on foot from all the big sights.
Finally, the price was very reasonable for the quality of the food and services and the location.
Also, I'd like to thank the lovely man at the reception who gave us breakfast to take with us at the airport, as we were leaving quite early in the morning. It was lovely! 😊

Cons:

There was only one thing that was quite small in the grand scheme of things, but I found the room got a bit colder than I would have liked at night. When I was increasing the temperature it didn't feel like it was warming up much. However during our stay the weather was quite cold overall, but nothing an extra layer couldn't fix or duvet couldn't fix.

Идеально!
Pros:

Идеальное расположение в центре старого города, но не на главной туристической улице, поэтому в самом отеле тихо и спокойно. Нам бесплатно повысили категорию номера и сотрудники всегда были рады помочь по всем вопросам. Завтраки вкусные, в номерах чисто, вид из некоторых окон открывается на Софию, очень красиво. В отеле есть терраса, как застекленная, так и открытая, приятно проводить там время вечером.
Все было идеально, если еще будем в Стамбуле, остановимся в этом же отеле!
